Mission
Provide basic educational opportunities in
wholesome, warn Christian environment to
preschool children with their unique potentials shall
be developed to the fullest as they relate
themselves in their homes, schools, church and
community.
School Policies
1. Teaching time would be developed religiously for teaching.
2. Punctuality in school activities should be followed.
3. Daily attendance both pupils and teachers should be strictly enforced.,
whenever possible there should be 100% attendance in classes. Teacher should
notify the School Head for the failure to report duty.
4. Form 48 (DTR) should be properly accomplished every session pf the day. All
form 48 should be submitted to the office every afternoon of the last day school
day of the month and absences must be accompanied with form 6. Absences
more than 5 days should be accompanied with form 6 and Medical certificate.
(41) and 1.50 documentary stamp.
5. Application for Maternity and Sick leave should be submitted 3 weeks before
effectively of the leave no. teacher should return to duty without the approval
of their application for reinstatement.
6. All teachers encouraged to subscribe one Professional or Cultural Magazine.
7. Any official correspondence should be sent through channels.
8. All required reports and forms should prepare neatly and accurately. They
should be submitted promptly in the due date.
9. All school Records and forms (should be prepared) to be keep the whole year
should be neatly, properly and up-to-date accomplished. Some of these records
are Form 1-2-137, 138, Grading sheets. Class Records.
10. All classroom teachers are expected to keep effective Daily Lesson Plan.
11. Every Classroom should be made conducive learning. It should be livable and
equipped with necessary instructional aids and devices.
12. School Cleanliness, Food Production and Beautification Projects.
13. All teachers (Male and Female) are expected to wear their prescribed uniform.
Rules and Conduct
These rules exist primarily to promote the mode of conduct befitting the Filipino children insure a
wholesome campus atmosphere than in conducive learning.
IDENTIFICATION CARD
 For school security reason every registered pupil are required to wear the School ID card
visibly on his breast all times on campus.
PERSONAL CLEANLINESS AND DRESS
 It is understood that all pupils should come to school and attend classes properly groomed
and nearly dresses.
 Uniform (white and blue) are prescribed and it should be worn daily except Wednesday.
CAMPUS BEHAVIOR
 Proper behavior must be shown at all times anywhere in the campus. Courtesy and respect for
all must prevail especially towards teachers, administrators and visitors. Loud talking,
Laughing, singing and other noise becoming on atmosphere at learning must be avoided.
Littering around the school campus during class hours I prohibited. Writing on the walls, desk,
spitting on the floor and other offences are punishable.
CLASSROOM
 Prompt and regular attendance in all classes is required of all pupils. Three bell signals are
rung before classes begin:
3 short rings
1 long rig
Pupils are required to be inside the classroom before the last bell; they should not wait for it
before entering. If the teacher is late, they should wait quietly inside the classroom.
A pupil may leave the classroom only with teacher’s permission.

CLASSROOM POLICIES
1. Come to school regularly.
2. Come to school before the official time (7:30 a.m.)
3. Attend the flag ceremony.
4. Always wear complete uniform.
5. Minimize Absences.
6. Avoid cutting classes.
7. Listen to teacher’s discussion.
8. Always participate in classroom activities.
9. Study your lessons and do your assignments.
10.Ask permission when you want to go out from the
Classroom.
11.Do not laugh at the mistakes of others.
12.Help maintained the cleanliness of the classroom
and assigned area.
13.Be good student.
