Interactive Touch Smartboard
The future of education & meeting discussion are interactive. This is an interactive display in the
format of a whiteboard that reacts to user input either directly or through other devices. For a
while, standard whiteboards and overhead projector have been used commonly as a way people
can share messages, present information, and engage in collaborative brainstorming and idea
development. With the same cooperative goals in mind, interactive smartboards have the ability to
connect to the Internet and instantly digitize tasks and operations.

Technical Service Team
5tech LCD Repair Specialist is our subsidiary company who in charge to provide after sales service. We are
the 1st and only one in Malaysia doing any LCD panel repair. We have ready spare parts and provide
on-site repair for interactive smartboard. We also accept repair from any others brand in the market.
We are repairing most of the LCD panel problems

Delivery lead time (if stock not available)
- 2 weeks for production & QC
- 4 to 6 weeks for shipment from China to Malaysia
- Total estimated full delivery in 6 to 8 weeks

Payment terms
- 50% deposit from the invoice total amount
- Balance before delivery and installation

Warranty & after sale service

- 2 years local Malaysia warranty (optional 3 years extended warranty)
- 1 to 1 exchange during warranty period subject to the stock availability and
warranty term & condition applied
- Onsite troubleshooting within 24 hours response time
- Free Yearly software update & maintenance
