    1. What are the essentials of a civil suit ? Enumerate


    different stages of suit.

    2. Elaborate the fundamental rules in respect of


    pleadings under the Code of Civil Procedure.

    3. 'X' resides at Tirupati and 'Y' resides at Guntur. 'Y'


    borrows Rupees two lakh from 'X' at Hyderabad
    and executes a promissory note to 'X' payable at
    Warangal. 'Y' fails to repay the loan. 'Xo wants to
    sue 'Y' at Tirupati. Give advice to 'X' regarding the
    places where he can sue. Explain with relevant
    provisions.

    between res-judicata and constructive res-judicata.
