1. Recommended Curriculum Centralized in form Regulated by higher bodies that creates policies, standards and guidelines 2. Written Curricula Documents based on the recommended curricula Come in the form of course of study, syllabi, modules, books, or instructional guides among others 3. Among the 7 types of curricula in school, from my point of view, taught
curriculum is the best for me. It is because in this type of curriculum as what is stated in the table above that it still follows what is written or planned and the teachers have to use instructional materials and facilities in facilitating learning. In that way, you would catch the interest and attention of your students to learn about something with the aid of IMs and facilities that would bring them to a real- life scenario or happenings. In this type of curriculum it largely depend on the teaching style of the teacher that gives them the freedom to use their own style of teaching based on what the learners prefer since that the teacher himself/herself knows better of his/her students.
