To whom it may concern,

As the President of Goldridge Construction & Development Corporation, I, Ronnie V. Del


Rosario, am reaching out regarding a crucial update required for our account within the e-Permit
Management System (https://epms.ppa.com.ph/). We have no access to the linked email address to
our e-PMS account. Hence, we urgently need to update the linked email address to facilitate the
application process for the Permit to Operate with the PMO Bataan/Aurora, pertaining to our ongoing
project under their jurisdiction. It is worth noting that we have successfully applied for and obtained
PPA Accreditation using the new email address. However, we are currently experiencing difficulties
accessing the e-Permit Management System platform (https://epms.ppa.com.ph/).
