Entrepreneurship is the process of identifying,


developing, and bringing to fruition business opportunities.
It involves the creation, management, and growth of a
business venture with the goal of making a profit.
Entrepreneurs are individuals who take on the financial
risks associated with starting and running a business in the
hope of achieving success and financial rewards.
Entrepreneurship is not limited to the creation of new
businesses; it also includes activities such as innovation
within existing organizations.

Key elements of entrepreneurship include:


1. Innovation: Entrepreneurs often bring innovative ideas, products, or services to the market,
challenging existing norms and creating value.
2. Risk-taking: Entrepreneurship involves taking calculated risks, as success is not
guaranteed, and there is a possibility of financial loss.
3. Vision: Successful entrepreneurs have a clear vision of what they want to achieve and the
ability to plan and execute strategies to realize their goals.
4. Adaptability: The business environment is dynamic, and entrepreneurs need to be adaptable
to changing market conditions, technologies, and customer preferences.
5. Resource Management: Entrepreneurs must effectively manage resources, including
financial capital, human capital, and time, to maximize their chances of success.

Sundar Pichai
Sundar Pichai is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alphabet Inc., the parent
company of Google. Born on July 12, 1972, in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, Sundar
Pichai has become one of the most prominent and influential figures in the
technology industry. His journey as an entrepreneur is marked by dedication,
innovation, and leadership.

• Sundar Pichai was born into a middle-class family, and his father worked as an electrical
engineer. Despite financial constraints, Pichai displayed exceptional academic talent.

contracts or agreements, whether formal or informal, and employees are generally
entitled to certain rights and benefits as stipulated by labor laws.
Key characteristics of employees include:
1. Work under Direction: Employees work under the guidance and direction of their
employer. They follow instructions, policies, and procedures set by the organization.
2. Compensation: Employees receive compensation for their work, which may include wages,
