1、 Introduction

MC3336 series of low voltage AC controller is used in the driving
system of the low voltage AC electric vehicles.
It adopts the international advanced AC motor control algorithm to
achieve a precise control for the speed and torque of the AC motor.
Compared to DC motor drive system, AC drive system can achieve a
wider range of motor speed to improve the running speed of the vehicle;;
AC motor is brushless, fully enclosed, free maintenance, system
reliability is greatly improved;;
AC system can achieve higher efficiency,
flexible energy feedback and control, so as to effectively extend the
driving mileage.
MC3336 series controllers are widely used in low-voltage AC medium
and short distance battery powered electric passenger vehicles, electric
sightseeing cars, electric vans, mini trucks, electric vehicles and so on.
2、 Features
We use the mainstream DSP as our main chip to achieve the platform
for the motor controlling calculation.
Selected the international advanced big power MOSFET as a power
device, to achieve the energy conversion with low-noise, high efficiency.
Used the advanced vector control algorithm to achieve the precise
control for the torque and speed of the motor.
Brake or reverse energy feedback and control to improve the
customized driving range of the vehicle.
Function of anti slip on the downhill and improve safety of driving.
Flexible adjustment to meet the requirements of a variety of different
road conditions and the driving environment.
Buzzer reminds various failures, easy to maintenance.
Perfect protection function for accelerator failure, under-voltage,

Please note: The motor resistance must be KTY84-150, otherwise the
calculated temperature is not correct.

★ Q: The connection is well, tread the accelerator lightly, the vehicle doesn't
move or at very slow speed jitter, what’s the problem?
A:
It indicates the controller starts to output, there are two possibilities:
1) The motor encoder is well, but the motor phase sequence does not
correct, you should swap the connection of the two-phase UV or VW.
2) The motor encoder has problems, such as the encoder power is
abnormal, cable broken, terminal poor contact, terminal wrong
sequence, the encoder is damaged.
Note: Only when the encoder is good, replace the motor phase
sequence can be effective.
★ Q:
When reversing, the car is going forward, when forwarding, the car is
reversing, what’s the problem?
A:
When
this
happens,
please
avoid
the
misleading.
Adjusting forward /
backward, okay? The answer is negative. we shall not alter the
forward and reverse of the controller at random.
When this situation happens, there are two following treatments:
1) Adjust the phase sequence of the motor, swap two phases UV or VW.
2) Swap the signals A/B of the encoder.
★ Q:
Open the key switch and found no response after treading the
accelerator lightly, what is the problem?
A:
When this happens, you can troubleshoot as following:
1) When you open the key switch, the contactor in the controller will be
connected, and you can hear the clear sound. If you do not hear the
sound, please check the KSI signal of the controller connected
correctly or not.
2) Check the direction of the signal, brake signal and the connection of
the accelerator with a PC software . The prerequisites of the
controller output is: directional signal, no brake signal, accelerators
output. If PC software isn't available,please check manually.
