On the basis of documents, I have gone through the said documents produced before me by Shriram Finance
Ltd., having office at Saharanpur Since the company has requested me to issue Title Certificate in the
available registers for period 13 years within the office Sub Registrar1 st Saharanpur, Distt. Saharanpur in
respect of the said property, I submit my search and Title Verification report in Respect of said property as
under:
While taking search of the said Property, I received the following listed documents from you. Accordingly, I
have perused, scrutinized, verified and gone through the same and investigated the title of the said Property.
1. Copy of Khatauni bearing Khasra No. 1046 which recorded owner was Jagpal S.o Munshi Ram R.o
Balpur Majra , Dara Kottala Sawad Bairun , Pragna , Tehsil & Dist. Saharanpur. His name mutated in
revenue record from 1385 Fasli year in Saharanpur.
2. Copy of Regi. Sale deed executed by Jagpal S.o Munshi Ram of Area 76 Sq. Yards in favour of Amzad
S.o Tahir Hasan ,on Dated 27-06-2019 , Document No – 5183 in the office of Sub Registrar
Saharanpur.
3. Copy of Regi. Sale Deed executed by Amzad S.o Tahir Hasan of Area 76 Sq. Yards in favour of Mohd.
Babar S.o Tahir Hasan on Dated 04-06-2021 , Document No – 5254 in the office of Sub Registrar

While taking search relating to above said Property in the office of Sub Registrar-Saharanpur, Distt.
Saharanpur and I did not find any encumbrances and adverse transactions against the said Property; there said
property is free from same.
I. FINAL TITLE CERTIFICATE: -
Therefore, in my opinion and as per the documents submitted by Shriram Finance Ltd., having office
Saharanpur,as per documents it shows that the NASREEN has right, title and interest in said property, and the
said property is clear and marketable and free from any Conveyance, Charge, Lien and Encumbrances except
said bank.
