OBJECT: Send call letters to the candidates who are shortlisted for
interview in Wipro Company using Mail Merge in Open Office writer
5. It will open a new window “select Address List” -> select “Create”
to create new database.
Select the Required columns from the option “customize”
and add the columns.
Add the required number of records to send the letters.
Save the Records in a file to use.
Select the address list and click on “Ok”
Use the address block ,in which format you want to display.
Select the match field option
7. In this step ,you can edit individual letters for any modifications in
letter and come back to mail merge wizard and click Next
STEP-3: MERGING DOCUMENT AND DATA SOURCE
8. Last step in Mail Merge Wizard. In this we can do either one of the
options available like save, save merged document, print the
merged document or email the documents.
9. Finally you will get the documents for the concerned people.
