 Project Orientation, Budgets and Work Method Statements. Orient the Execution Team about
the scope and timelines of newly awarded project along with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
shared by the tender department.

working relationships at site. Handle any escalations received from the client engineering teams
concerning the project progress based on the checklists.
 Ensure all necessary sign off from the client engineers is received by the execution team (on the
quality Check lists and Safety checklists) after execution of key milestones.

structure and roles of the team members clearly. Set performance expectations, conduct
