MODULE 1:
Answer the following questions on your mind.
1. How Technology Influenced My Life as a Learner?
Technology is one of the most vital resources in our daily lives today. Everywhere, Wherever you look,
Whatever you do, there is technology. Technology is helping many people make their lives easier. In
addition, many people can earn money by using technology. Technology has a huge impact on me, as a
learner it facilitates my work like school works and everything and it also helps me to learn, explore,
discover everything is new to me. Technology has influenced me by researching, analyzing issues, and
understanding items that have impacted me as a student and a future educator. Technology has influenced
me to think critically about the information I find using technology. Honestly, technology is very useful
and helpful to me as a learner.

2. How will I use Technology When I become a Teacher?

When I become a teacher, I will use technology intelligently and wisely. I will use technology as a
medium in the learning process. Technology is very helpful in providing learning materials to students
like making a PowerPoint Presentation that they can easily understand the lessons I impart thanks to
advanced technology. I will use technology both in the preparation of study materials and in classroom
teaching activities. I will access learning resources on the Internet and share them with my students. I can
access images, audio, videos and share them with my students to keep them engaged in learning.
Technology can also help me access various information around the world. With technology, I will look
for ways to learn that are fun and interesting. I will apply the learning method I got from the internet into
my classroom. Of course, an interesting method can increase a student's readiness to learn. If they are
interested and happy to learn, of course they can easily understand the material I convey.
MODULE 3:
After watching the video clip, answer the following questions in your group and discuss it during online
class:
1. How do you develop simple instructional materials as shown in the video?
The video provided me with an idea to make creative and interesting teaching through low cost and low
tech instructional materials. Example of a low cost material that we may build out of low cost materials is
a recitation box / rolling questionnaire box. This is a box that anyone can open to acquire a specified
number or list of questions that they could answer. This rolling questionnaire box is merely created out of
cardboard, a box of anything that we can find, colored papers to cover up and design and a plastic cover
to help it last for the numerous future courses. Because we can reuse the box and fill it up with questions
or even numbers and hide colors. The activity where I think we can use this low cost IM's are the so
called “Line it up, I'll throw it away, pull it out, answer it" which means all students should have a free
way to play this recitation activity where students have the opportunity to remove a line between 3 or 4
different colors such as blue, pink, yellow and green. Students line up first, then the teacher has a chance
to roll out a box designed with color. The color will be on top with the color which will be the betting
group. After knowing which color group betting belongs to, the person in the first line must choose a
number from the box to determine the next question.

2. Write down 5 specific topics based on your specialization followed by the appropriate instructional
materials to be used based on each topic.
Topic Instructional Materials

1. Photosynthesis Videos explaining the process of photosynthesis, diagrams and models of the
process, handouts with key terms and definitions, experiments involving the
factors that affect photosynthesis in plants, interactive simulations of the process.

2. Genetic Graphic organizers and charts for genetic inheritance patterns and principles,
animations and videos showing DNA replication and transcription, simulations
of genetic crosses and mutations, case studies on genetic disorders and their
patterns of inheritance, interactive activities on the role of genetics in evolution.

3. Earthquakes Maps and diagrams of tectonic plate boundaries, models and animations of fault
types and earthquake waves, multimedia resources that show how seismic waves
are measured and recorded, hands-on activities where students build earthquake-
resistant structures, videos that show the effects of earthquakes on human and
natural systems.

4. Human Anatomy Interactive diagrams and virtual dissections to explore the different systems of
and Physiology the human body, videos and animations demonstrating how the body functions,
simulations of homeostasis and feedback mechanisms, case studies on diseases
and disorders affecting the body systems, hands-on activities where students
perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs.

explain the causes and effects of climate change, interactive maps showing the
impacts of climate change on different regions, simulations that allow students to
experiment with reducing carbon emissions, case studies on the social and
