    Denpasar

    Denpasar is the capital City of Bali Island, and acts as the major hub that
    connects the many tourists’ destinations within Bali Island and is the site
    where the famous Bali Arts Festival is held annually. Designated as Bali’s
    capital since 1958, replacing the former capital of Singaraja in the north,
    the city of Denpasar has since then grown rapidly in population and
    economy.

    The island has a warm climate year-round, with temperatures rarely falling
    below 25 degrees Celsius and averages between 26-33 degrees Celsius
    during the peak season for tourists from May to October.

    Accommodation

    Itron is pleased to offer a special rate IDR 2,200,000 net (approx. USD 140)
    per night charge inclusive of breakfast for 1 or 2 people, per room. All guest
    rooms will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access. The conference rate is only
    applicable during the period 20-22 May inclusive. Any booking outside of
    the conference period will be subject to room availability.

    You have the option to stay at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort where
    the conference is held, or to stay at another hotel of your preference which
    you will have to book the hotel stay yourself.

    If you wish to stay at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort, please indicate
    your arrival and departure dates in the registration page. In addition to
    your room charge, any incidental charges incurred during your stay will
    also be charged to your credit card upon check out.

    Transportation

    Itron does not offer complimentary transport to or from the Renaissance


    Bali Nusa Dua Resort. Taxis are readily available upon your arrival or return.

    Spouses Information

    Spouses are welcome to accompany our business partner on the trip but
    will not be allowed to join in any of the conference activities, lunch, or
    dinner functions.

    Conference Attire

    Business Casual attire is appropriate throughout the conference period,


    including evening functions.

    Conference Badge

    Please wear your conference badge to all group functions and meetings so
    that you can be easily identified as an attendee of the conference. Every
    precaution possible is being taken to provide a safe and secure working
    environment. As such, please be aware that we may ask for group
    identification at registration before receiving a conference badge.
