CLASS –XI

ENGLISH

Dear Students,
I am sending a few instructions for the completion of project.
➢ Topic of the project can be chosen from the given suggestions or may be chosen as per the
discretion of the student. Just keep in mind that the topic should not be controversial or may hurt
the sentiments of any individual or community.
➢ Project can be handled individually or in a group no more than four. Students can club with their
friends from same or different sections.
➢ Hard copy of the project will be submitted. You have the liberty to submit the project
handwritten or typed.
➢ Students working in groups will be submitting a single copy of their project. However, in such
cases, that project will be having separate pages of Acknowledgement, Certificate of Completion,
Declaration and Reflections for each student. Only the cover page, report, evidence and
bibliography will be the same for everyone in a group.
➢ Project Report will be having the following heads:-
• Cover page- Name of school, logo, Title of project, Teacher’s and Student’s name.
• Statement of purpose /objective/goals.
• Acknowledgement.
• Certificate of completion under the guidance of their teacher.

2. Report/Essay – 800 to 1000 words.
3. Material Evidence
• Script of Role Play
• Questionnaire for Interview
• Written assignment
• Survey Report
4. Inclusions
• Action Plan for completion of task,
• Student Reflections (COMPULSORY)
• Photographs
• Bibliography/List of resources
5. REFLECTIONS
 Strength, weakness and error, Effort put in, Experience, Constructive self-criticism. Can use
personal language as ‘I’ or ‘We’. If possible, Photographs that capture the positive learning
experiences of the student(s).
