Hi,
You will find attached the estimate of the work to be carried out in your building located at 34, UDVARI CRES, KITCHENER,
Ontario
in relation to the disaster of water which occurred on 31 Mar 2023.
SPECIFIC INFORMATION: This estimate is based on the information available in the file. Productivity losses related to the
organization, movement of tools and equipment on site are included in the unit prices. The labor costs included are based on an
average return taking into account a disaster environment.
In addition, a percentage loss by type of material; including cutting losses and unused materials, is also included in each of the
unit rates. Applicable taxes apply only to materials and equipment.
The contents and the recoverable furniture must be stored on or off the premises to allow work.
WORK DURATION: We estimate that the duration of the work should between 25-30 working days. Not included associated
delays such as permit applications, non-standard delivery times, etc.
/ We believe that the residence will remain uninhabitable for the complete duration of the work
DEPRECIATION: Given the age of the damaged materials and the general condition of the residence, I recommend a general
depreciation of 15% applicable on the total cost of repairs including taxes if required.
