Introduction：

The Smart voice translator is an artificial intelligence hardware product that uses AI

technology to integrate speech recognition, OCR (character recognition), text translation,

speech synthesis and other technologies. In the network (or hotspot) state, as long as

the voice is spoken, it can be instantly translated into the language you want and

broadcast, and the photo text can be translated into a foreign language. In the scenes of

traveling abroad, foreign language learning, business communication, etc., the

communication problems between different languages are effectively solved.

The Smart voice translator should be used in the connected state first, it can connect

to the wireless WIFI or mobile hotspot.(Offline translation response speed and

accuracy are limited, please use voice translation first.)

Button introduction

Power ON/OFF：

1. Power ON/OFF: Press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds, the power

on/off interface appears, and you can select on/off or restart.

2. Standby: Short press the power button to wake up or standby.

Volume button + -: Tap the volume +-- button to adjust the volume.

Return button O: Tap the O virtual button on the main unit to directly jump to the main

interface of the screen. And you can slide the screen left and right.

Voice left button②③：Enter the speech translation interface as shown 1，The left button

corresponds to the upper red language, and the right button corresponds to the blue

language below.

Example: Enter the voice translation interface as shown 1, long press the voice right

button②Speak Chinese "我爱你" After releasing, automatically dial the English and

display it as shown 2

Speak English and press the left button③，To change the language of the translation,

please click on the touch screen switch.

Preparation for work before use:

1. Device charging: Before using this device, please check if the device is fully charged.

If the device fails to turn on or the battery is low, please use the dedicated power cord

provided in the box to charge the device. It is best to charge the device for 1 hour or

after the battery is fully charged.

The device is charged in the off state, and the screen will display a larger charging ID and

percentage of power in about 8-10 seconds.The device is charged in the power-on state,

and the battery symbol in the upper right corner of the screen is marked “Lightning”.

2, Network connection: After turning on the device, enter the network connection

interface, please check if the network connection is successful.

The Smart voice translator should be used in the connected state first, it can connect

to the wireless WIFI or mobile hotspot. (Offline translation response speed and accuracy

are limited, please use voice translation first.)

Go to the "WLAN" interface via the menu "Network Connection" or "Settings" option.

Click the ON/OFF switch button to open the WIFI connection and search for nearby

networks. (If you don't see the network you want, you can try ON/OFF. Open again.)

Click on the WIFI you want to connect to, enter your password and click on "V".

Note: At present, the device only supports WIFI with direct password input.

For some hotels, the WIFI that needs to open the secondary authentication

of the website is temporarily not supported.

3, System language settings

In the main interface, click the "Settings" option to enter the "Settings" interface,

click "System Language" to enter the system language selection, slide up and down to

select the operating system language you need.

4, The main screen

The main screen of the device is the main function entry of the device, including: voice

translation, photo translation, AI assistant, recording translation, language learning,

network connection, settings, etc. Touch the screen to enter the corresponding function

options. Slide the screen left and right to display different function options.

5. The top of the device screen displays some status information about the device, such

as WIFI connection status, power, and charging status.

Main function introduction:

Speech translation

In the main interface, tap the on-screen speech translation option to enter the speech

translation interface.

First confirm that your device network connection is successful (long press the red / blue

button to start "speak", indicating that the network connection is successful, otherwise

the network connection is not successful, please return to the network connection

interface to reconnect to the network).

1. Language selection: At the top and bottom of the speech translation interface, touch

the red/blue language bar to enter the language selection list, and select the desired

source language and destination language respectively.

2. Voice input: Press and hold the red/blue button (voice input button) on the device to

wait for the screen to start “talking” and start talking to the microphone position to

enter the voice recognition state. (Remember: the red key corresponds to the red

language at the top of the screen, and the blue key corresponds to the blue language at

the bottom of the screen. Be sure to say the corresponding language selected, otherwise

it will not be recognized.)

3. After the hands are released, the voice is automatically recognized and parsed, and

translated into the set target language and broadcasted by voice. Tap the screen speaker

icon to replay the conversation.

4. When the screen list shows too many conversation records, you can slide up and

down to view the conversation record; you can also long press and hold a conversation

record to delete the conversation record.

Photo translation

In the main interface, tap the screen photo translation option to enter the photo

translation interface.

1. Language selection: At the top of the photo translation interface, click the language

button to enter the language selection list, and select the desired source language and

destination language respectively.

2. Tap the screen to view the image that needs to be translated, and click the button on

the screen. After the camera is clearly photographed, the device automatically

recognizes and parses and translates into the set target language.

AI Assistant (system language is not Chinese simplified, Chinese traditional, will

automatically mask this function)

In the main interface, touch the AI Assistant option to enter the AI Assistant interface.

Long press the translation red/blue button for smart AI question and answer (currently

only Chinese question and answer is supported, the content is limited. There may be

changes as the version is updated).

Offline translation (reaction speed and accuracy are limited, please use voice translation first)

In the main interface, tap the screen offline translation option to enter the offline

translation interface.

1. Language selection: Click the language selection button at the top of the display

home page to enter the language selection list, click the desired source language (left

side) and target language (right side) to download the data in the corresponding

language (requires networking status). Currently supports Chinese, English, Japanese,

Korean, French, Russian, German, Spanish and other languages, as the version update

will change.

2, Data cache: When using offline translation for the first time, please press the

following A / B button for 2-3 minutes, first data cache (data cache, long press A / B is

not responding), and then use offline translation.

3. Translation operation: Press and hold the left/right button of the voice input. After

hearing the “嘀” sound, start to speak and enter the voice recognition state (the left

button corresponds to the language on the left side of the display, and the right button

corresponds to the language on the right side of the display). The speech is completely

finished, the voice input button is released, and the target language is automatically

translated and broadcasted.

Recording translation

In the main interface, tap the screen recording translation option to enter the recording

translation interface.

1. Language selection: Select the corresponding source language in the red language

option box (currently only supports Chinese, Cantonese, and English, and will change as

the version is updated). Select the corresponding destination language in the blue

language selection box.

2, smart recording: After selecting the corresponding language, make sure to enter the

smart recording interface, you can start, pause, end the recording operation. Click the

list button to enter the recording list to play the recording.

3. Audio translation: Click on a single recording record, convert the audio file into text,

and slide the screen to the left to display the translation result.

Global chat

In the main interface, tap the screen global chat to enter the global chat interface.

1. Select channel (group): First select the group. If the group has directly clicked on the

number to enter the corresponding group, you can also click “Add Channel” to perform

“Initiate Intercom” or “Join Intercom”. "Initiate Intercom" means creating a new group

yourself, generating an invitation code, and others can enter the group with the

invitation code. "Join Intercom" means enter the invitation code and join the group.

2, channel settings: enter the group page, click the arrow at the bottom of the screen,

you can set your own language settings, invite others, voice switch, exit channel and

other operations. Before you start a chat, please set the language you want to speak

(that is, the type of language you can speak or can listen to).

3. Open the chat: After the setting is completed, press and hold the voice input A/B

button to speak. After releasing the button, other group members can receive the

corresponding language information in the same group. Members of the group are free

to speak and open a global chat.

Language learning

In the main interface, tap the screen language learning option to enter the language

learning interface.

1. Language selection: In the red language option above, select the target language you

want to learn (currently only supports Chinese and English learning); in the blue

language option below, select your own parent language.

2. Learning Objective: After the language is selected, press the native key to say the

sentence you want to learn, and release the native language key translation machine to

automatically translate it into the target language you want to learn and broadcast it.

3, follow the evaluation: click on the translation record you want to learn, enter the

follow-up evaluation interface. Click the “Click and Read” button on the screen to start

reading the red language above the screen, click on the wavy line to finish reading, and

the translator will automatically score and display it. In this interface, you can play

standard sounds and your own voice.

Setting

1. Brightness adjustment: After entering, the brightness of the screen can be adjusted.

2. Volume adjustment: After entering, the volume can be adjusted.

3. WIAN: Configure the device's WIFI network. This device is currently only supported

for network use.

4, Bluetooth: can connect Bluetooth headsets, Bluetooth speakers and other audio

devices (only supports audio playback, does not support audio input).

5, system language: support Chinese simplified, Chinese traditional, English, German,

French, Japanese, Thai, Korean and other system language display in more than a dozen

countries.

6. Clear usage record: All usage records of the translator can be cleared.

7, system upgrade: check whether there is the latest updated software version and

update.

8. About machine: View the current device model, serial number, system version, etc.

Precautions

1. When the device is upgraded, do not perform any operations during program

download and program automatic installation and restart.

2. The Smart voice translator needs network support. Please ensure that the device is

connected to the network through WIFI or hotspot when using it, and ensure that the

400KB/S is connected to the Internet (equivalent to 3G network), otherwise it will affect

the translation response time, even Translation failed.

3. When using, please press and hold the translation button and see the microphone

icon before speaking. After finishing the words, release the button to ensure that the

complete voice is collected.

4. When speaking, make sure that the mouth is straight to the MIC of the device, and

the best effect is within 30CM.

5. Please speak in a normal speech rate, do not pause in the process of speaking, or two

sentences in one sentence. The above situation is likely to cause inaccurate translation.

6. Please try to pronounce the standard, do not use a mantra or a slang.

7. When you speak, you can verify what you are saying by displaying the text on the

screen.

8. If the text recognition is correct if you say it, but the translation is not accurate, please

change the expression.

warranty:
