INTRODUCTION
Pacific was established in 1997, is a leading group in education sector of
Udaipur. It started with under graduate college and slowly came up its due
progress in years. Right now it enjoys the number 1 position in education
industry in Udaipur.
MAIN AREAS
Headquarter in Udaipur, Pacific has institutes in Ahmedabad, Baroda,
Jaipur and Dungarpur. The main institutes / college under its headship are
Management Institutes, Business School, Technological Institutes, Pharmacy,
Dental, Teachers Training college, fashion designing and mass
communication.
Organizational Structure
The total staff strength of Pacific is around 600 which can be divided with
three layers – Tops Mgt., Middle Mgt. i.e. the teaching faculty which are again
categorize in Professor, Associate professor Assistant Professor and bottom
mgt. that is non teaching staff.
Each college / Institute has its own department related to subjects e.g. a
Management school has department of Accounts and Business Statistics,
Banking and Business Economics and Business Administration. The Mgt.
School has its own team of non teaching staff looking after the administrative
and routine non academic activities of the Mgt. school.
ROLE OF PLACEMENT CELL
1. Career Planning – Developing up mechanisms for students in the
college to understand their growth track and develop the skill and
knowledge accordingly.
2. Employability program – To develop the employability skills in
students so that they can get a good package of salary.

Subject:increase in the Ph.D fees.
Dear Dr.Karan
It has been a long time to be in touch with you.Recently I came across the information about
the fee structure of the Ph.D programme of the other private university and came to know that
we are charging a very lees amount.
AS you kow that the pacific group has come under huge financial burden of being a private
university .
Suggest me if we can increase the fee structure. What can be the pros and cons of this
situation. Your suggestion is valuable for me so, in awaited response.
