Absence During WA
Students should submit their Medical Certificate(s) if they are ill and unable to sit for any paper(s) when they return to school.
For absence without Medical Certificate(s), the student will be given ‘Absent’ (AB) for the papers missed.
Only Medical Certificates issued by a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Registration Act will be accepted.
For absences due to competitions, etc. — VR is given only if students cannot be present during the paper itself. If they are in school at the time of the paper, they are required to sit for it.
