Working in a team of 3-4 students, the team will develop a comprehensive Organizational Behaviour
analysis for a Canadian company of their choice. You will upload to Turnitin (a) Team Charter; (b)
Report; (c) Team Evaluation.
Concept
With the help of the concepts learned in this course, the students will critically analyze an OB
System/ sub-system utilizing secondary data research (peer-reviewed journals, published case
studies, company websites, google scholar - research articles, videos, newspaper/ magazine articles)
to identify problems and recommend constructive improvements. Resources should be within the
last five years.
Analysis
Remember to describe what the organization is doing in each area and analyze how well they are
doing in each area, including how the competition might be doing. An excellent analysis considers
the good and the bad when examining an organization.
Grading
The term-project report will be graded from 25%, as mentioned below. Each group member will be
graded on the group deliverable on this project. The project report will be worth 20%. The team
charter will be uploaded to Turnitin by each group member when groups are assigned (2%). The
team evaluation will be uploaded to Turnitin at the end of the project (3%).
NOTE:
