T here is a f acility f or Recounting, supply of copy-cum-Re-Verif ication of valued answer sheets. T hose who wish to avail these f acilities have to pay an
amount of INR 260/- per paper f or Recounting, online and INR 1300/- (Rupees One thousand and T hree Hundred only) per paper f or Copy-cum-Re-
verif ication of answer book, through - bie.ap.gov.in website and clicking "Re-verif ication of Valued Answer Scripts & supply of Scanned Copy" in students
Services.

Students should pay the f ee at these centers and must f urnish the Hall-T icket Number, Date of Birth as recorded in their Hall-T icket and the subjects they
would like to apply f or Recounting or Copy-cum-Re-verif ication. T he details of the student will display on the screen. Students have to enter their complete
Address and Mobile No. and e-mail ID.

T hey should take print out and hand-over application only to the respective principal of their Jr Colleges duly appending their signature and pasting photo.
T hey should never send the applications f or Recounting /Re-verif ication either to the RIO of f ice or BIE Head of f ice directly or by post. T he applications will
not be accepted af ter due date. T he online f acility will be closed af ter the due date and no f urther extension of this f acility will be available.

T he amonut once paid towards Recounting/Photo copy-cum-Re-Verif ication will not be ref unded under any cases. T he student have to download their
Answer book(s) f rom -bie.an.gm.in website by giving their transaction Id while submission of application.

T he Re-Verif ication will be done as per the Scheme of Valuation on only those answers which are either unvalued or awarded Z ERO by the Examiner. T he
f ee once paid to the BIE towards (a) Recounting (b) Photocopy-cum-Re-Verif ication of valued Answer Scripts or (c) any other will never be ref unded.

T he Pass Certif icate cum-Memo of Marks of the candidates will be sent to the Principal/Head of the institutions. Studentss are advised to receive the same
f rom the Principals of the Colleges who issued Hall T ickets to them. Representations f rom students regarding any discrepancy in publication of result
received af ter one month f rom the date of publication of results will not be entertained.

Representations received af ter the due date will not be entertained. Studentss having passed all year Papers in the Annual Examinations can improve their
perf ormance in the individual Papers of I' year, only in the immediate f ollowing Supplementary Examinations. If they reappear f or any of the Ist year Papers
already passed in the FIRST ANNUAL EXAMINAT IONS at any subsequent examination (i.e., other than immediate Supplementary Examination), marks
secured in the earlier examination will get cancelled and the latest marks only will be valid.

Any discrepancy in the Pass Certif icate and Memo of Marks should be brought to the immediate attention of the Board through the Principals within one
month f rom the date of release of the results, f ailing which the Board will not take any responsibility f or non-posting of Marks or non-release of results.

Students should contact their school/college Principals f or more details. T he student should preserve his/her Hall T icket till he/she receives Pass
Certif icate -cum-Memorandum of Marks f rom the Board of Intermediate Education.
