    Slumdog Millionaire Film: The Love Story
    The Iilm, which is based oII a true story, begins with Jamal Malik walking into game
    show, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire with one question to go. Each question Jamal is asked, he
    answers. With each answer he gives, he shows a part oI his childhood growing up to the oIIicers
    who are interrogating him due to the Iact that the game show host suspects Jamal oI cheating.
    The oIIicers begin with torturing him Ior him to admit he was cheating but again and again he
    held strong speaking, 'I knew the answers, the truth. The oIIicers, extremely Irustrated, sat
    Jamal down and went through each question, thus hitting oII the Iilm. Starting with question one
    Ior one hundred rubies and to the second to last, ten million rubies. With question one he starts
    his liIe in the Slums oI Mumbai which is home to about seven million slum dwellers holding
    sixty percent oI Mumbai`s population. As he travels Irom place to place, showing every hardship
    any child in the slums has to go through to stay alive, he comes across the girl oI his dreams, at
    the age oI eight, Latika, where he plans that he and Latika were to live together on harbor road,
    married and living the liIe. The Iilm then shows later on that everyone watches, Who Wants to
    Be a Millionaire by Latika saying, 'Who does not watch, Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Jamal
    hearing this, when he Iinds her later on at the house oI Mumbai`s most dangerous gangster,
    attempts to reunite themselves again by having her go to the train station where she goes to the
    station, only to be chased down by the gangsters men and taken back to the gangster`s home. In a
