This report explores the various aspects of Cupid Prints, a rising power in the ever-changing field
of instant photography. Cupid Prints combines strategic positioning with Polaroid Mini and Wide
Films to create a blend of innovation and classic charm. The business operates under a flat and
agile organizational structure, which promotes adaptation and facilitates effective communication
and prompt decision-making. The primary objective of Cupid Prints is to democratize the pleasure
of immediate photography, ensuring that physical memories are available to everyone. The brand's
commitment to excellence and diversity is highlighted by its visionary objective of becoming a
worldwide hub of innovation.

As the story of Cupid Prints unfolds, the Polaroids serve as powerful instruments, recording
and preserving fleeting events with great accuracy. Cupid Prints is a master in the field of instant
photography, known for its dedication to producing high-quality, easily accessible, and enduring
tangible memories. Cupid Prints is not only a business enterprise, but rather a creator of
experiences, skilfully transforming ordinary encounters into treasured keepsakes that surpass the
constraints of time.

The pricing strategy for Polaroid Films at RM5 and RM8 for Mini and Wide formats
respectively underscores Cupid Prints' dedication to delivering quality and affordability. This
ensures that the enchantment of instant photography is not confined to a select few but resonates
with a broad audience. The commitment to quality, accessibility, and the timeless allure of tangible
memories positions Cupid Prints as a trailblazer in the ever-evolving landscape of instant
photography.

Cupid Prints released multiple teasers prior to commencing operations. Furthermore, we


employ a combination of persuasive and subtle copywriting techniques to advertise our items. The
approaches proved effective as our sales in 2023 reached an impressive RM110.00 in three months
only.

Cupid Prints is an emerging force in the field of instant photography, exemplifying the
combination of creativity and entrepreneurial drive. Founded in 2023, our modest
enterprise has settled at No. 48, Jalan Balau, Taman Cempaka, 02100, Padang Besar, Perlis,
where we strive to convert momentary instances into physical recollections. Cupid Prints
has established a distinct position in the industry by focusing on the craft of Polaroid
photography. We provide a diverse selection of instant prints that capture the true spirit of
treasured experiences.

4.2 Mission & Vision

At Cupid Prints, our mission is to make the pleasure of instant photography accessible to
everyone, offering them a physical way to keep and distribute their most cherished
memories. We want to empower individuals to transform fleeting moments into enduring
memories through the artistry of instant photography. We are committed to providing
accessible and affordable Polaroid prints that capture the essence of life's most precious
occasions. Driven by creativity, innovation, and a dedication to customer satisfaction, we

strive to redefine the narrative of memory preservation, making the joy of instant
photography an integral part of people's lives. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every

On the other hand, our vision is to be the leading firm providing Polaroid printing
service that satisfies our client’s needs and takes part in the development of the
communities we work with. We envision a future where the magic of instant photography

Cupid Prints is carefully managed by two creative partners, Julita Nabila Binti Ismail and
Aliya Binti Azizul, whose harmonious teamwork forms the foundation of our operations.
The organizational chart exhibits a horizontal structure, facilitating smooth communication
and expedited decision-making within the parameters of our dynamic corporate

environment. This efficient strategy guarantees that our business initiatives are in
accordance with our overall vision, promoting a unified and productive work atmosphere.

4.4 Description of Products/Services

Cupid Prints specializes in the sale of Polaroid pictures, available in both mini and wide
film formats. The mini film offers a compact yet visually captivating snapshot, perfect for
everyday memories and personal keepsakes. With dimensions of 54mm by 86mm, this
miniaturized film delivers a compact yet visually captivating snapshot experience.
Engineered with precision, the film encapsulates the essence of cherished moments with
vivid colours and sharp details. Each unit, priced at RM5, not only captures a single
moment in time but also provides individuals with an accessible means to preserve personal
memories and creative expressions.

On the other hand, our wide film, priced at RM8 per unit, offers a larger canvas for
the preservation of cherished memories. With dimensions of 108mm by 86mm, this wide-
format film provides an expansive platform, ideal for capturing group photos and special
occasions with unparalleled clarity. With our superior printing quality, it ensures vibrant
colours and natural skin tones, creating visually stunning prints that transcend ordinary
snapshots. Priced at RM8 per unit, this film not only expands the scope of creative
compositions but also maintains accessibility, making the joy of instant photography
available to a broader audience.
