    construction Work of the 1 No. of Buildings with common Developement and civic infrastructure situated on the City
    Survey block no."C" Survey no. 556/A paiki, 556/B paiki, 558/A paiki Division Gir - Somnath city Vraval taluka Veraval -
    Patan District PIN 362266 admeasuring 1427.21 sq.mts. area being developed by BRIJESH RAMESH MEHTA as per the
    approved plan.

    1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Promoter:-


    (i) Shri. VIREN NATVARLAL CHAUHAN as Engineer
    (ii) Shri. VIREN NATVARLAL CHAUHAN as Structural Consultant
    (iii) Shri. PRATIK GADHIYA as MEP Consultant
    (iv) Shri. BHRUGESH NARESHBHAI SADRANA as Site Supervisor/Clerk of Works

    Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor/Clerks of Works and to the best of
    my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that Buildings SOMESHWAR, has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy
    for which it has been erected/re-erected/constructed and enlarged.

    I further certify that all commom amenities and civic infrastruture i.e. commom plot internal approach road, internal strom water
    drainage, water supply, drainage network, percolation well, lights, parking lots etc. has been completed in all aspects is fit for use.
