Please insist for order taking form that is signed by dealership & you as an agreement to purchase with clear mention of model /colour likey delivery schedule and price.
Prices Ruling at the time of delivery will be applicable. Subject to Ahmedabad Juridiction.
Delivery shall be made on first come first basis
Accessories includes Mud Flap, Matting,Chrome Set & Coating,Front & Rear Bumper add,Rain visor,Body cover.
Value of discount given shall be netted off from the vehicle invoice amount,insurance & registration.
If for any reason the booking is canceled the company shall not to be liable to pay any interest.
RTO Incuding With (RTO TAX, REGISTRATION FEE, SMARTCARD, CRTM FEE)
RTO will be double in case of Company Registration
Delivery will be done after full payment is credited in Punjab Automobiles ( I ) Pvt Ltd a/c .payment made by D.D or pay order only.
Required Documents for Booking process (PAN CAR, AADHAR CARD & VALID ADDRESS PROOF (PASSPORT, LIGHT/TAX/BSNL BILL)
If you Wish to make any Payment against any Mahindra Product Purchase be it for the Booking, Down‐payment, Full Payment & Choice number, kindly do the payment in Company Bank Account only.
If at All you pay the cash or on line to any sales consultant than Company will not be responsible. You can not Hold our Company responsible for that Money Transaction at any given point.
Also Please Note that RTO registration process will be done by Authorised Dealer only as per Transport Department Instructions.
Selected Number or Choice Numbers process is seperate and We As a dealer will not be responsible for Selected & Choice numbers as it's totally depends on availability as per RTO department.
If you Wish to have such Numbers it will be only Your Sole responsibility not our company responsibility.
Anyy Product Selected and Fullyy ppaid byy yyou and after doingg the Paper
p work yyou will be bound to take that vehicle delivery.

As per Vahan 4 guidelines no vehilce will be cancelled and returned once the paperwork is done.
Still if you wish to do so the payment you made against the vehicle will not be refunded back to you. Kindly Make note and take decisions accordingly..
