    Dear Sir Ronald Alejo,

    Good day sir, I am writing this letter to inform you of my inability to attend the finals due
    to a sudden onset of severe abdominal pain coupled with LBM. This started yesterday after
    eating at the stalls near the University. I am currently experiencing discomfort, and despite
    trying medication last night, my condition has only worsened. I cannot go to the hospital
    because I am alone. I don't know who to contact since I am living alone at the moment.

    Under these circumstances, it would be impractical for me to travel long distances to


    attend the class. I understand the importance of the final exams, and I sincerely apologize
    for any inconvenience my absence may cause. I am committed to completing the necessary
    making up for the missed class time. Could you please advise me on the best course of
    action to ensure that I can catch up on the finals?

    Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter. I am really sorry for this
    matter sir, I really tried other ways so that I could attend to class but my condition didn't go
    well the whole night. Thank you for your kindness and again, I am really sorry sir. I look
    forward to your guidance on how to proceed. Thank you so much sir.
