    Statement of Purpose

    Introduction

    My name is Muhammad Saeed Farooq. I am from Sahiwal Pakistan. In 2013 I have


    completed my Matriculation from BISE Sahiwal. I have completed my Intermediate in
    2015 from BISE Sahiwal. After my HSSC I have completed my Associate Degree Program
    from Gomal University Dera Ismaeel Khan in 2021. I have been highly regarded by
    teachers due to my academic performance and discipline. I have been praised
    for my critical thinking, adaptability, cultural sensitivity, problem solving ability and
    strong ethical foundation.

    Now after deep introspection and thorough research I have decided to


    pursue BA (Hons.) Accounting and Finance from London South Bank University in the
    United Kingdom. I am really excited to begin this new phase of my life!

    London South Bank University

    I was greatly impressed by London South Bank University because of a multitude of reasons. At
    the Times Higher Education Awards,the university received the Entrepreneurial University of
    the Year award. According to the Good University Guide 2018 by The Times &
    The Sunday Times London South Bank University was named as theUniversity of the
    Year for Graduate Employment

    The offered programs are developed in collaboration with employers and reputable experts in the
    different domains. The instructors will make sure I have the academic
    understanding and practical skills necessary for success, as well as the competitive edge that sets
    me apart.

    The university staff is known for providing individualised student support. They offer private and
    group tutorials, seminars, workshops, Personal Development Planning, career
    counselling, and a dedicated School Student Office.
    Why choose this course?

    I will have a wide range of professional options after earning a degree in BA (Hons.) Accounting
    and Finance from LSBU. I will apply the knowledge I have gained from your degree to work as a
    business development manager, data analyst, or mortgage advisor. Other career options include
    chartered accountant, stockbroker, or forensic accountant.

    According to my research, graduates with degrees in accounting and finance generally earn
    highly lucrative wages. I will be equipped with the knowledge and abilities necessary to work in
    a field that is always in demand. Accounting and finance experts are needed by businesses in all
    sectors to manage their money. As there is a high need for graduates in accounting and finance,
    job security and employment prospects will be excellent.

    With a degree in accounting and finance, I will get a lot of transferable skills that will improve
    my professional profile and make me an attractive candidate for a variety of industries.
    Furthermore, I will get knowledge of some talents that are frequently in great demand by
    employers, such as enhanced communication skills, organizing and managing time, familiarity
    and understanding of business organisations, capacity to negotiate and bargain.

    Future Prospects

    After finishing my studies at LSBU, I intend to return to Pakistan to be with my family and
    pursue a lucrative job in the financial industry. My education & experience would make it easier
    for me to secure a variety of jobs like auditor, stockbroker, insurer, business manager, retail
    merchandizer, pricing analyst, statistician, financial consultant.

    Given my experience, I will be able to effect positive change both inside my company and in my
    professional practice. On a personal level, I'll be able to employ new strategies and talents to
    boost my effectiveness, critical participation, and capacity for change.

    With that being said, I am really looking forward to begin my journey at LSBU!
