    We referred to various correspondences via physical meetings and a hybrid of telephoning


    and WhatsApp between our good self and your representatives on the above subject
    matter.
    We have accepted the terms and conditions given to us as regards the sales of the said
    commodity.
    For clarity and avoidance of doubt we accepted the following sharing formula that 1 million
    dollar per gram will be shared equally among all facilitators .
    Note:
    Signing of this agreement by all parties, means the seller and buyer has agreed to pay the
    facilitators involved in this transaction the said commission amount.

    WHEREAS:

    The Agency Fee (Commission) is USD .00 ( US Dollars) Per Gram of Californium which is
    already part of the stated unit price should be paid alongside the payment for the commodities
    and the money shall be shared to all parties’ accounts as stated in the list below.

    In the event of successful sighting of products, buyer will conduct a test of the Californium
    and after confirmation according to specifications; buyer or his representative will provide
    a cash payment of $500,000.00 (FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND US DOLLARS) and also
    NGN50,000,000.00 (FIFTY MILLION NAIRA) to the seller and transfer the balance of total
    agreed sum of money in US DOLLARS equivalent to value of the commodities purchased to
    the accounts as stated in the list below.

    BUYER hereby guarantees and agrees to pay the respective recipients the agreed sums in the
    list endorsed by THE SELLER according to their various names as stated herein.
