Department of Commerce and Business Management, Government Degree

and shaping this Project. I am thankful to her for her constant encouragement in
enabling me to complete the present study. Words may fail to express my heartfelt
gratitude to her but, I am ever grateful to her for the compassion showered on me. In
spite of preoccupations she spared valuable time and evinced keen interest and
personal care at every stage of my Project work.
