INTRODUCTION

The production procedures manual serves as a means that allows the information on
all the procedures carried out in the production plant of the CONDOR LACTEO
COMPANY to be recorded and transmitted in an orderly and systematized manner to
obtain dairy products with high levels of quality and healthiness.
It also allows us to present an overall vision of the company and specify the functions
entrusted to each worker, to define responsibilities, avoid duplications or omissions.
Another of the functions that this manual is responsible for is to help the correct
execution of the activities entrusted to the personnel, promote uniformity in the work
and allow saving time and effort in the execution of the work, avoiding the repetition of
instructions and providing the basic information necessary for production.

Ensure that our products reach the market in the best conditions of quality, cost
and usefulness based on the simplification of processes and material, human,
technical resources, etc., taking into consideration the concept of productivity that
will measure the relationship between inputs and the results or products.

cost and at the right time.

POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

 Any visit to our production facilities requires prior notice to the production manager in
order to be carried out.

 When work in production centers stops due to power outages, staff must remain at their
workplace.

 Any operator who is going to handle one of our machines for the first time must receive
prior instructions from the responsible supervisor.

 No supervisor will carry out activities other than those inherent to their position,
preparation and experience.

 The documents authorizing overtime must be processed before 12am on the day on
which it will take effect.

 All supervisors in production areas must wear a tie and

white coat.

 It is up to the area manager to order fixed assets that break down to be repaired through
the maintenance area, and to monitor their repair until they are replaced in their place,
already fully restored.

 Without exception of person, rank, category or functions, smoking is not allowed in


Production areas.
