When forming the holistic objective, take into account the questions WHAT? WITH WHAT? AS? And the WHY?
How to develop Holistic Objectives?
Normally, formulating the Holistic objective represents one of the biggest problems in
planning; some of the suggested guidelines talk about keeping in mind what you intend
to develop and what is going to be evaluated (evaluation criteria).
