Graphotherapy

What is Graphotherapy ?

We know that through graphology , it is possible to analyze people. Through handwritten

writing we are able to deduce their moods, their character, their temperament, their
aptitudes, and their emotions up to their physiology and state of health. Now, what is
graphotherapy?

Graphotherapy Exercises

The act of writing is therapeutic. Through writing we “put into words” thoughts, desires
and emotions. By capturing them on the page, we “release” them, we release them. We heal
emotional wounds and channel resentments. This action is as much or more healing than
the “verbalized” word. Recent neurological studies demonstrate that the process of learning
to read and write produces structural changes in the brain, increasing the density of gray
and white matter.
Graphotherapy is the branch of graphology that deals with making conscious modifications
in writing with the aim of achieving subconscious changes in personality and thus resolving
innumerable difficulties.

How does Graphotherapy work?

The writing process is established through a nervous circuit that begins in the left
hemisphere of the brain, which sends sensorimotor signals to the hand, which is the
executor of the orders that it transmits to us. Before starting graphotherapy, it is essential to
carry out an exhaustive analysis of the writing in question and the strokes that make up
each letter.

Graphotherapy Exercises

It is possible to apply the opposite path, acting on brain mechanisms and reversing the
writing process by modifying our habits, until they become a habit, and changing the
information in our mind.

Applications of Graphotherapy
In children to improve their level of performance, confidence, self-esteem and ability to
concentrate and remember. For parents to know their children to monitor and guide them in
the right direction.

Some of the other areas in which graphotherapy is applied are the following:

Graphotherapy and Dyslexia

For doctors: It is implemented in rehabilitation for cerebral infarctions, dysgraphia,
dyslexia.

For the psychiatrist, study mental disorders, different types of stress, lack of will, lack of
concentration and attention, behavioral disorders, obsessions, disorganization and disorder
in general, self-esteem problems and personal insecurity among others.

Graphotherapy and Health

This does not mean changing “the whole letter”, but rather by re-educating some
movements and bad body postures (back, arm, hand, etc.) that prevent proper writing,
through graphic exercises that it proposes. The graphotherapist produces a conditioned
reflex that will generate a new response, thus being able to improve aspects of our behavior
and personality that prevent us from moving forward with our projects and goals.

Graphotherapy and Creativity

Graphotherapy is based on the rational execution of the only twelve universal movements
with any part of the body that are incorporated with the repetition of graphic exercises. It
allows assistance to people who have not learned to write, who belong to other cultures and
write with different characters, or whose motor skills are affected due to a certain disability.
These repetitions serve as a stimulus, generating new pathways of association between
inter-neurons that relate the sensory stimulus to the receiving organ.

Graphotherapy: writing to heal

There are twelve basic strokes or universal movements that rotate in favor and against
clockwise: up, down, to the right and to the left and they combine to execute not only the
letters but all our daily activities, from stirring with a spoon a cup of coffee, even running a
comb through our hair or moving the computer mouse.
The tendency of each person to move in one direction or another is related to Max Pulver's
symbolism of space that we have mentioned on several occasions.

 Ascending movements manifest spiritual tendencies. They mean that we lead

ourselves towards what we aspire to, towards our ideals, our ambitions for
superiority.
 Descending movements reveal material, physical, biological and organic
tendencies (such as sexuality, nutrition, physical work, sports).
 Movements to the left symbolize reflection and analysis, introversion, expressing
the relationship with our past experiences, impulses towards the maternal image,
regression towards the family, towards the past, manifesting a childish attitude.
 Movements to the right reveal extraversion, an adult attitude, express the
relationship with the environment, the march of our projections towards the future
and towards the desired objectives.

Through writing, all our gestures and mimicry are recorded in the twelve movements in our
daily activities as well as in the graphics themselves. We are offered the possibility of
analyzing them and applying the study of graphic aspects to them .

The graphic aspects studied in graphology are eight: Shape, pressure, speed, direction,
dimension, inclination, continuity and order. They will provide us with precise and exact
data about the impulses and neurological circuits that mark our behavior and physiological
activity.

Graphotherapy: Evolution of Treatment

Before beginning the graphotherapy sessions, the professional takes a sample of the writing
(called initial writing). Subsequently, you will carry out the personality profile study and
administer the initial guidelines to follow. The objective is to detect the traces susceptible
to modification. The process is personalized and is applied according to the needs of each
individual. There are general guidelines, which coincide with the so-called “ writing well
and writing healthy ” modules.
Graphotherapy. Heal by writing

Some examples of this are the ones we mention below:

 The writing should be slightly tilted to the right. This movement promotes
extraversion, the appropriate relationship with others and adequate progress towards
the future.
 The letters must be linked , except in cases such as periods, accents, “ñ” bar,
quotation marks, among others. With this trait, perseverance in activity, tenacity,
sociability, tendency to contact and the ability to synthesize are reinforced.
 Letter “T” bar. With this trait, we work on will and perseverance in the work and
professional area.
 Point of the letter “i”. It should never be missing. With this we promote attention
and concentration.
 Horizontal direction of the lines. With this trait we control variations in a person's
mood and humor. Both depressive and euphoric states are corrected.
 Order: The spaces between the lines of the writing must be adequate. The hampas
and jambas (which are the upper and lower parts of the letters) should never be
mixed or touch each other. With this we develop clarity in ideas and thinking. To
delve deeper into these topics, we invite you to continue investigating the articles on

Did you know that writing affects emotions? But how does it affect? Is it possible to
improve health through writing?

The answer to these questions is in graphotherapy . More and more professionals are
using this “tool”, since without using medications, they achieve great results by carrying
out an in-depth analysis of the real causes of the problem and not focusing only on the
symptoms.

And the act of writing reflects the psychology and physiology of the individual , and by
forcing changes in writing, one can either get sick or cure various ailments. Writing is not a
trivial act, in fact, you could say that it is like a type of graphomotor electroencephalogram
in which,

the psychosomatic functioning of the person is projected.

What is Graphotherapy?
Graphotherapy is a naturopathic technique that, through appropriate exercises, is capable
of reactivating the body's self-healing power, regenerating certain brain functions and
regulating the balance of certain dysfunctions.

Through graphology, we can deduce people's moods, character and temperament, aptitudes
and emotions, physiology and health, all by analyzing their handwriting.

And on the other hand,

Graphotherapy is the branch of graphology that proposes conscious changes in

writing to achieve subconscious modifications in personality and certain diseases.

It must be clarified that the personality of each person is not changed, since that is
impossible, but traits are changed that condition the development of the person in its
fullness.

Therefore, the act of writing is therapeutic. We must keep in mind that when we write we
capture our thoughts, desires and emotions on a page, and with this fact, it seems
unbelievable, but we free ourselves, we heal those emotional wounds that block us
energetically . Graphotherapy is as healing as liberation through verbalized words, but
for many it is simpler, since it is true that

Many people find it difficult to open up and let go of what is torturing them inside.

How does this therapy work?

To understand the power of graphotherapy , it is important to take into account the
following notions: the writing process is carried out through a nervous circuit that begins in
the left hemisphere of the brain. This sends sensorimotor signals to the hand, which in the
end is what executes the orders that the brain transmits to us.

In the field of graphotherapy, Vicente Lledó stands out especially, who established the
correspondence between each stroke of writing and its function. Analysis after analysis
concluded that the various strokes are representations of the twelve basic functions
performed by human beings. Thus, a person's possible psychological problems manifest
themselves through incorrect writing strokes , so by correcting the strokes we could
correct the pathology.

The act of writing is a voluntary action that is carried out automatically, which translates
into a reflex and unconscious act and shows the behavior we have in life.

That is to say, whether we write in an ascending or descending way, whether we make the
journey correctly or, on the contrary, try to go backwards, is equivalent to the behavior that
said person assumes in his or her life and is a reflection of how he or she faces it. But, in
addition to the psychological and mental aspect, the person's writing also reflects the
functioning of the organism (fraphophysiology) , so the graphotherapist will be able to
verify the relationship that exists between the patient's thoughts or emotions and their
psychosomatic illnesses. .

“When writing by hand we force our brain to organize the information in advance”

Until now we have discussed how with graphotherapy we can detect negative aspects that
affect the person's life, character or psychosomatic disorders; But it is true that it also deals
with the re-education of writing to obtain the lost balance . Reeducation acts directly on
the nervous centers of the brain, activates new reflexes that act on the endocrine glands and
gives rise to a chemical reaction that achieves this balance in the body.

The objective is not to change the handwriting, but rather it is a set of re-education of some
movements when writing and correcting certain body postures of the back, arm, hand,
which prevent proper writing.

The basic
movements
Graphotherapy is based on the rational execution of the only twelve basic and universal
movements with any part of the body that are incorporated through the repetition of graphic
exercises.

These twelve movements rotate clockwise and counterclockwise and combine to

execute the letters and all daily activities , things as simple as stirring sugar with a spoon
in a cup of coffee. So some examples:

 Ascending movements mean spiritual tendencies, we aim to achieve what we aspire

to, ideals and ambitions.
 Descending movements show material, physical, biological tendencies, such as
food, sports, sexuality.
 Movements to the left represent reflection and analysis, a relationship with past
experiences, regression towards the past, a sign of a childlike attitude.
 Movements to the right reveal extraversion, an adult attitude, a move towards the
future and towards our goals.

Treatment evolution

Graphotherapy sessions begin with a sample of the person's initial writing. With this
sample, the personality profile is made and different guidelines are offered that the patient
applies. Each process is particular depending on the needs of each person, but there are
certain “general” guidelines that usually coincide with the “write well and write healthy”
modules.

Some examples of session guidelines:

 The writing should be slightly tilted to the right . With this movement we will be
able to advance in extraversion, we will improve our relationships with others and
we will advance correctly towards the future.
 The letters must be linked , except for periods, accents, quotation marks, among
other characters. In this way we manage to reinforce perseverance in activity,
tenacity, sociability and the ability to synthesize.
 Letter “T” bar . With this trait, we work on will and perseverance in the work and
professional area.
 Dot in the letter “i” . It is important to keep in mind that it should never be missing.
With this we collaborate in improving attention and concentration.
 Adequate spaces between the lines of the writing. The underworlds and jambs that
are the high and low parts of the letters, and should never be mixed. By maintaining
this order, we develop clarity in ideas and thinking.

Applications and advantages of this technique

In general, graphotherapy can be applied to all those ailments that have their origin in
continued emotional suffering . As more particular examples we have:

 It is usually used in children to improve their level of performance, confidence,

self-esteem, concentration and memory.
 Some doctors use it in rehabilitation for cerebral infarctions, dysgraphia, and
dyslexia.
 Studies of mental disorders , types of stress, lack of willpower or lack of attention,
behavioral disorders, obsessions, self-esteem problems and insecurities and life
disorders in general.
 It has also been applied to overcome addictions .

Writing is a learned act that becomes automatic over the years, becoming a totally
unconscious gesture that is difficult to disguise. By re-educating writing we can heal all
those ailments that have emotional origins. Furthermore, this tool does not exclude those
people who do not know how to write, or who belong to other cultures, it is fully applicable
to everyone.

If they told you that to master this technique you only need between 30 minutes to 1 hour a
day for a few months, that in addition, this technique is accessible, the learning cost is not
high and that the results are short-term. Wouldn't you be interested in practicing
graphotherapy?

“ It is strange, to say the least, that in the computer age, no one has thought that the
brain, the operational center of our body, could be responsible for all diseases ” Dr
Hamer.

Learn what graphotherapy is

Published: Graphotherapy

Extract from the article published in La Vanguardia by Santi Bonet

Aristotle said that writing revealed the character of people . Well, by modifying some
of the strokes of the letters and carrying out a series of exercises we can change this
character, improving it, well, this is graphotherapy, a therapy without side effects.

If when you write you look at your handwriting and see that you leave too much space
between words, your endings are very long, the letters are unstructured and you completely
fill a page or, on the contrary, leave it half empty, you probably have a problem. of anxiety.
Our handwriting gives us away, it is an x-ray of the psychic-physical functioning of people.
The separation of words, the inclination of the spelling, the pressure of the line, the
margins, the curvature of a letter, our signature, etc., are evidence that we leave on the
paper. A good graphologist is able to detect through all of these how the psychophysical
and emotional health of a person is. As explained by Consuelo Anguix, graphologist
responsible for CA. Graphological Cabinet ( www.ca-grafoterapia.com ) “through writing
we can observe not only whether we suffer from anxiety, but also emotional blockages,
irritability, aggressiveness, tendencies towards discouragement or depression, lack of
interest in life, in studies, for jobs, if a child suffers from dyslexia or dysgraphia, etc.
Graphology is a science with several years of history, today widely used in various
professional sectors: psychology, psychiatry, human resources consultants, criminal
investigation, psychopedagogy... But just as through writing we can know what we are
like or if we suffer from certain problems. or ailments, also through it these alterations can
be corrected or improved. And how? Well, doing the reverse process of when we write.
Through graphic exercises proposed and directed by a graphotherapist, we send new orders
to the brain to achieve a new response to our behavior. Consuelo Anguix defines it as a
“therapeutic re-education of writing.”
At first glance it seems impossible that by modifying the stroke with which we write an “a
or a “g” we can gain self-esteem, be more attentive or combat neurological problems.
Another expert in Psychographology, José Antonio León Zamarreño, head of the Grafopec
office, explains it as follows: “We start from the basis that the act of writing is located in
the brain. Therefore, through graphotherapy what is done is the reverse process, that is,
some features of writing are modified, which correspond to certain aspects of the
personality to replace those that are negative for us with others that are more positive and
that “We know that they are located in the brain.” It is not about improving the handwriting
in the calligraphic sense, but rather doing some exercises that will generate new reflexes in
our brain that will act on the endocrine glands, which will produce a new biochemistry
capable of regulating the balance of the body and helping to resolve the pathology that let's
try.

In recent years, the number of people who undergo this “soft” therapy, which has no side
effects, has only increased. It is certified by different graphological offices that ES has
spoken with. “People of all ages attend: in adults cases of depression, anxiety, insecurity
and self-esteem tend to predominate, as well as physical ailments in which the origin is
clearly emotional (headaches, skin disorders...), while in adolescents they tend to be
disorders of eating behavior and in children problems with dyslexia or dysgraphia or
attention deficit,” summarizes graphotherapist Rebeca Lledó.

The benefits of this natural therapy are known by psychologists, psychiatrists and child
educators around the world, and that is why it is currently used by a large number of
psychotherapists. In France it has been proven that this discipline is effective in more than
80% of cases.

The psychographic test

Before starting the exercises, the graphotherapists carry out a writing test to “x-ray” the
person. This can be done by writing something on a blank sheet of paper. This is the
starting point, the basis from which the specialist will analyze and direct the sessions and
exercises. The duration will depend on the person and their evolution, although the
graphotherapists consulted by ES agree that it should be at least 8 to 12 months.

The graphic exercises

There are different types of exercises, and they will also depend on the professional in
question. However, the majority of graphotherapy specialists, as Professor Consuelo
Anguix explains, start from the precept that the written letters and numbers are based on
the correct form of twelve strokes or movements, each of which is related to a psycho-
behavioral area of the person.
From these 12 strokes the different exercises will be designed.

To approach harmonious writing, graphotherapists recommend a series of calligraphic

exercises such as:

1. The connection between letters with rounded movements helps correct stress.
2. Writing taller than wide and slightly tilted to the right provides greater emotional
security
3. The 'm' and 'n' written without the curves above send messages of anxiety and
constant need to eat.

To carry out the exercises, a series of basic tips must also be taken into account when
writing:

 Hold the pen correctly with your thumb, index and ring fingers. The pen should not
fall if the ring finger is separated.
 Provide yourself with white paper. The position of the paper on the table must be
inclined between 90 and 120 degrees (to the left).
 Pay attention to the pressure: thicker strokes are more pressured. The thinnest, least
pressured. Very thin ends mean minimum pressure, thick ones maximum pressure.
 The strokes that go down and back are always thicker, in this order. Those who
advance and climb finer, also in this order.
 Pay attention to curved endings and straight endings.
 Pay attention to the speed: the strokes that go down are the slowest, those that
advance are the fastest. And those who go up a little faster than those who return.

Below, you can see two examples that demonstrate the evolution that occurs between
writings by the same person, before and after the graphotherapy exercises. These are
patients treated in the CA Graphological Office of Professor Consuelo Anguix.

Adult: Aggression, irritability, nervousness, introversion...

What is calligraphic reeducation and rational

graphology?
It is the Science that allows us to enhance well-being and learning, through knowledge of
the 72 cognitive, emotional and organic variables that we combine when writing and that,
after analysis, we can strengthen with rational calligraphic re-education exercises. In this
exciting 21st century, Rational Graphology represents a true revolution in the
neuroscience of learning, taking advantage of the neuroplasticity that our brain has and the
powerful hand-brain connection that produces so much neurogenesis ( neurogenesis is
neuronal regeneration that allows the activation and recovery of key neurophysiological
functions).

Numerous professionals in medicine, psychiatry, psychology or education are using this

wonderful “tool”, with extraordinary results and based on a deep analysis of the real causes
of the problem and not just the symptoms.

Perhaps the idea you have of graphology is the classic one and you do not yet know that the
act of writing not only reflects the psychology of the individual but also their physiology
and that, furthermore, the act of writing is not a banal act.

In personal writing we reflect our physiological and, as a consequence, also psychological

reality. Writing reveals, as in a kind of graphomotor electroencephalogram projected
on paper, the psychosomatic functioning of the individual.

The scriptural act is reversible .

This affects the areas of the brain : whose

prefrontal part, the neocortex, enables the most properly human and rational functions; the
brain stem , seat of the automatic centers of organic life related to fundamental biological
stability; the limbic system , with the hypothalamus , which maintains homeostasis or
stabilized environment within the body; and the cerebellum , a nervous center that
intervenes in the control of balance and muscular reactions (visual-motor control). The
functional balance of all the processes carried out by human beings is clearly reflected in
the writing paradigm or therapeutic calligraphic model, developed by Vicente Lledó Parrés.
Everything that appears on paper, both what is seen with the naked eye and what emerges
after observation with a magnifying glass or microscope, everything has a meaning and an
interpretation. It is a projective test, where all the conditions and the entire cerebral energy
flow are reflected, commanded by the prefrontal lobes of the brain (executive brain), and
from which complex movements and proprioception (precision movements or motor skills)
are controlled. fine).

Why rational graphology?

Imagine that by practicing this science you could develop your ability to reason , to
memorize , to make precise , fine movements, to organize your references in space and
time, to develop self-control , order , and to improve ocular and neuromuscular
coordination at the same time. time, to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in their
decisions and actions, to reduce stress , anxiety or fears and at the same time increase their
self-esteem , their creativity , their communication and their ability to concentrate and
mental clarity in the decisions to be made, improving feeling of tranquility , calm ,
security and well-being , an authentic neurogenesis.

Are the opportunities that life offers us taken advantage of in the same way with these
weakened functions as with those strengthened?

Imagine that to master this technique you only needed between 30 and 45 minutes a day for
a few months. Think for a moment that this technique existed, that it was accessible, that
the economic cost of learning it was not high and that the results of training in this
technique were visible in a short time. WOULD THERE BE ANYONE WHO WOULD
NOT BE INTERESTED IN PRACTICING IT?

This technique exists and is called RATIONAL GRAPHOLOGY , it is reaching more and
more people.

This calligraphic reeducation is very effective in:

 Learning, attention or behavior problems
 School failure, demotivation
 ADHD, attention difficulties, hyperactivity
 Dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia….
 Low level of understanding or memory.
 Asperger, Tel, Tgd, immaturity.
 Anxiety, stress, fears, bullying…
 Lack of control and harmful habits.
 Problems with sleeping or eating.

Voluntary attention exercises activate brain

neurogenesis.

Voluntary attention exercises activate the generation of theta waves between 6 and 12 Hz.
At this frequency the brain is free of stress. These waves only appear when you exercise
your will, or when you consciously pay attention to something specific, but not when you
eat, drink, or perform already learned automatic movements. It is only voluntary activity
that is the key to promoting BRAIN NEUROGENESIS (creation of new neurons) and
dendritic growth through the activation of new synaptic connections. The creation,
therefore, of new neural circuits is a verifiable reality (Brian Christie Columbia University
2004).

Neurogenesis and emotional depression are antonyms at the neurophysiological level. Thus,
stress inhibits neurogenesis, and neurogenesis inhibits stress. The physical body, feelings
and sensations, mental activity, perception and consciousness are the five
psychophysiological processes that are in continuous movement or flow in each human
being.
Calligraphic reeducation.

It is common for attention problems and

declines in academic performance to arise during the learning age. Many
Psychopedagogues support their own analyzes with Graphology , and within their
treatments they may include writing re-education.

Calligraphic reeducation helps to improve school performance through the study of

graphic signs or strokes, analyzing the personality and behavior of people from a
comprehensive point of view (mental, emotional and organic).

Once the writing has been analyzed, it is reported which writing strokes and features must
be corrected to resolve the difficulties.

Other objectives that can be achieved using rational calligraphy are : strengthening
self-esteem , flexibility and creativity , improving the ability to relate to others and
communication, reducing aggressiveness , helping to overcome insecurity and
improving the enthusiasm for living by modifying certain anchored attitudes. in an
obsolete Belief System in people who suffer from continuous discouragement.

The structure of the personality and learned behaviors, with their laws and their
consequences in daily life, are often a source of discomfort. Discomfort that is expressed in
multiple aspects of daily life: self-appreciation, relationships with others, the possibility
of developing one's potential at work or study, assuming responsibilities and enjoying
pleasant moments , etc. When one of these aspects of our life is failing, we feel
dissatisfaction, anxiety, anger, sadness, anguish...in short, uncontrolled situations associated
with states of stress. This can lead, in the best of cases, to a life full of resignation and
hopelessness. But sometimes, if we do not give a positive solution, these states can become
chronic. Only a thorough understanding of our personality and behavior can give us a clue
on how to change to be more efficient and happier.
Writing is the most complex and rich gesture that can reveal its author in the most
illuminating way . What writes is the brain (prefrontal area) through a neuromuscular
system; compensated, in turn, by a neuroendocrine system that is based in the
hypothalamus.

Writing, learned and mechanized for years, becomes a totally unconscious gesture, difficult
to mask or “disguise.” In it we unintentionally dump such interesting data about our
personality as our ability to relate, our power of concentration , our memory , our
tendency to egocentrism or altruism, our fears , our attachment to the past , our need to
project ourselves, etc. The advantage of this type of study is that it does not put people in
uncomfortable situations, but the graphologist will be able to study their personality even
from a distance if they have complete graphic material at their disposal.

Graphology is not about predicting or guessing, although some use it as such for their own
benefit, thanks to the surprising discoveries that can be made just by analyzing the features
of writing. A responsible graphologist does not use his technique to surprise an audience,
but his work on a piece of writing takes hours of analysis and his results are confidential.

Let's now see what the principle of rational calligraphic reeducation is. If certain writing
traits are revealing certain unwanted personality characteristics, specialists will tell us that
we must take the opposite path through feedback training (feedback or conscious process).
By varying certain graphic features, certain unconscious behavioral characteristics of the
person can be modified and improved. This requires a work of WILL so that, through a
complete graphological analysis, we can detect the facets of the personality that we want to
strengthen and those that we want to change.

ADVANCE UP: Adequacy, adaptability

Positive effects when well executed:

Correct stimulation of the systems of adaptation or contact with the external and organs or elements that in
the body collaborate with this function and that range from the filtering of liquids in the body for its
purification to what collaborates with its beautification and makes it adaptable to the environment. The
kidneys, intestines, connective tissues, glucose, large intestine, capillaries, veins, etc. are favored.
On the mental level, sensitivity, tact, harmony, sympathy, gestural communication, grace, spontaneity,
understanding, etc. are expressed.

Negative effects when poorly executed:

Problems in adaptation or adaptation systems, such as kidneys, lungs, and the deficiencies that may appear
are nephritis, abscesses, cysts, warts, bile insufficiency, malformations.
Mentally, one can be unpleasant or too heavy in one's delivery, unfriendly, surly, dry, inhibited, with
complexes, violent reactions, bad temper, aversion to one's environment, lack of tact, poor dexterity,
influenceability, insensitivity, repression, etc.
.
ADVANCE CENTERED: Liberation, spontaneity

Positive effects when well executed:

Correct stimulation of the release systems and the mechanisms that carry out this work: blood, nervous,
excretory circulation, joints or movement.
In the mental part we consider impulsivity, affectivity, expansion, naturalness, ease, emotions, etc.

Negative effects when poorly executed:

Problems in release systems and mechanisms that directly or indirectly contribute to this function: circulatory
system, nerve terminals of the skin, etc. They can cause neurological, hematological (phlebitis, varicose veins,
hypertension, hemorrhoids, etc.) and motor (joints, rheumatism, etc.) problems.
On the psychological level, an inferiority complex, inhibitions, uncontrolled expansion, introversion, little
outing towards others or becoming a nuisance in relationships may appear.
ADVANCE DOWN: Communication, expression

Positive effects when well executed:

Correct stimulation of the communication systems, expression or fluency, synthesis, speed, substantiality,
rapid and adequate response, intelligence and of the mechanisms and organs that set communication in
motion: respiratory system in general, lungs, larynx, speech organs, hearing receptor nerves, vocal cords,
tongue, palate, hands, mobile joints, nervous system, swallowing, voice, mimicry, etc.

Negative effects when poorly executed:

Anomalies in communication systems and mechanisms, as well as breathing, phonation and in the organs that
help such as larynx, mouth, palate, tongue, as a consequence problems such as respiratory, voice, throat
difficulties, stuttering, aphonia may occur. , cough, asthma, as well as in the muscles used for writing, crafts
or gestural communication
LOW RETURNING: Imposition, defense
Positive effects when well executed:
Correct stimulation of the systems and organs that protect the individual against external aggressions, the brain, the head, the muscles in
general, the teeth, voluntary acts, the genital organs, the adrenals. The mechanisms of self-defense, imposition, security before others or
the environment, survival, energy, etc.
In the mental part, aspects such as discipline, strength of character, the ability to face difficulties, and security in one's own knowledge or
ideas are regulated.
Negative effects when poorly executed:
Problems in systems and mechanisms of defense, imposition and attack. Organically, there may be dysfunctions related to the head (the
first organ of attack of the human being) but also muscles, bones, fists, teeth. Frequent traumas, sprains, dental conditions, facial
conditions (acne), migraines, hemorrhages, inflammations, tendency to accidents, etc.
In the mental part, onychophagia, shyness, mental weakness, inhibitions, cowardice, irrational fears of aggression, hoarding, envy,
hatred, aggressiveness, etc. may appear.
LOW FOCUSED: Organization, control
Positive effects when well executed:
Correct stimulation of organizational and centralizing systems and mechanisms, functional balance, temperature regulation in the body,
synchronization of the circulatory system, reflex acts, and the organs that execute these functions, such as genes, the heart , the spinal
cord, the vertebral column, the inner ear and its nervous receptors and everything that in the body carries out functions of control,
organization, balance, order, distribution, etc.
Psychologically, order, organization, responsibility, control of situations and emotions, self-confidence, the gift of command and
administration, orientation, balance, etc. are stimulated.
Negative effects when poorly executed:
Problems related to any centralizing or distributing system that activates mechanisms that produce balance and distribution of energy,
control, organization, order, rhythm and, as a consequence, imbalances or dysfunctions in the organs that perform these functions such as
heart, spinal cord, spine, inner ear , blood as well as related diseases such as cancer, dysplasia, warts, vitiligo, heart disease,
encephalopathy, etc.
In the mental part of the function, disorder, lack of responsibility, defective lateralization, rigidity, inability to self-control, manage or
organize, etc. may appear.
LOW ADVANCED: Availability, retention.
Positive effects when well executed:
Correct stimulation of availability and storage systems and mechanisms and bodies in charge of these functions, as well as support,
reserves, maintenance, etc. such as liver, gallbladder, glands, legs, back, spine (as support), adipose tissue, and any other that performs
retention or storage functions: blood vessels, bladder, lung alveoli.
In the mental part of the function, reasoning, memory, logic, confidence in one's own arguments or knowledge, the appropriate
classification of mental contents, easy finding of the desired answer, etc. are stimulated.
Negative effects when poorly executed:
Problems in storage, availability, retention, support, reserve, etc. systems. As for the organs, we have the liver (storage), the gallbladder,
the bladder and the large intestine, back and spine, legs, red blood cells, bones that serve as support, endocrine glands (accumulation
functions) and their dysfunctions: hepatitis, obesity , urine retention, which can cause cellulite, low back pain, sciatica, etc.
In the mental part, problems can be lack of memory, retention of concepts, knowledge or ideas, logic, confidence in oneself and in what
one knows or possesses, lack of investigative and argumentative capacity, laziness to think, lack of of interest or effort to solve problems,
resentment, etc.
.

Positive effects when well executed:

Correct stimulation of the expulsion mechanisms and organs; sweating and its glands, purification, anus, rectum, urethra, nasal passages,
olfactory nerve receptors, sexual glands, penis, venous blood (due to the carbon dioxide it transports to expel), the elimination of toxins,
harmful microorganisms, dead cells, mucus , body fluids, etc. thus enhancing self-defense, correct bowel movements.
On the psychological level, correct self-esteem and personal pride, an adequate sense of self, emotions, passion and dedication to the
things or people one loves, healthy sexuality, etc. are enhanced.
Negative effects when poorly executed:
Problems in selection systems and mechanisms, the organism chooses and separates with difficulty what can benefit it from what cannot,
it can absorb what is harmful, it does not distinguish between good and bad.
On the psychological level there is difficulty in choosing a partner, friends, partners. You can reach unconscious self-destruction:
constantly hitting yourself, getting sick, etc. You do not have a clear idea of what you want, difficulty in self-assessment and self-
appreciation. All of this can produce dysfunctions or diseases: urogenital, rectum or anus, nose, enuresis, constipation or diarrhea,
hemorrhoids, impotence, masochism, appendicitis, etc.
COME BACK DOWN: Deliberation, mental regeneration

Positive effects when well executed:

Correct stimulation of the systems and mechanisms responsible for deliberation, differentiation, creativity,
remembrance, reflection, imagination, thinking. Of the mental regeneration and relaxation systems, of the
search for the other, of the different, of the exhalation of air, of the central nervous system, of the nervous
receptors of the feet, the sexual glands and the genetic code (in its function differentiator). In short, everything
that supposes or carries within itself the possibility of the different.
Negative effects when poorly executed:
Problems in the systems and mechanisms of deliberation, reaction, regeneration and mental transformation,
ideas and concepts, feet and hair.
Psychic alterations such as depression, neurosis, alienation, phobias, insomnia, asthenia, excessive
rumination, behavioral and sleep disorders, etc.
Rational Graphology proposes a different approach in the analysis of graphics, avoiding
classifications (organized, right-handed, undulating, etc.) and stopping at the smallest part that we
find in a writing (or any graphic production made by hand) which is the stroke.
