Tell me something about yourself


I’m Cherry. I began my career as a Human Resource Staff but a few years ago, my
professional interest shifted to the e-Commerce industry specifically to Amazon. I started as a
product researcher and then upskilled to Amazon Account Management. In my previous role as
an Amazon virtual assistant, I was responsible for finding a profitable item to sell on Amazon.
Outside my career, I love to watch Kdrama and do some creating designs or Photo editing using
Canva and Lightroom.

Why you left your past job


I gained valuable skills and experience from my previous job however, I felt that it was time to
seek new opportunities and challenges for growth. I appreciate all the experiences and skills I
acquired from my previous job but I also want to utilize them in an environment where I can
contribute effectively.

1. As a data entry specialist, how can you ensure data accuracy and efficiency?
As a data entry specialist, I have some practices that I implement to ensure data accuracy
and efficiency. First, I always double-check the data and review the entries I entered before I submit it.
Next, I followed the standard procedures implemented by the organization or company. I have
consistency with the data methods used to reduce the likelihood of errors. Third, I always familiarize
myself with the keyboard shortcuts and other time-saving techniques to improve efficiency. Another
thing I do is to regularly back up the data to prevent loss in case of technical issues. Lastly, I always
ask for feedback from my superior or manager if there are any areas I need to improve.

2. As a data entry specialist, how can you ensure data efficiency?


For data efficiency, I familiarize with keyboard shortcuts to speed up the process. Next is
prioritizing tasks based on their deadlines and importance. The high-priority tasks must be completed
first to ensure they’re done on time. Another thing I do is to limit distractions by closing unnecessary
tabs, and apps and setting time for a break.
