Duration: From Jan 2021 to Present.
DUTIES
 Servicing and maintenance of church generators which made the generators available and
ready for all church activities services which made all programs to run smoothly.
 Managing church accounts (Ecocash, cash RTGS, USD & Bank account).
 Initiating all bank transfers as a signatory thereby making sure that church funds are properly
and efficiently used and not abused.
 Salaries disbursement every month ensured that all employees got their salaries on time
which improved employee satisfaction.
 Recruiting and selecting new quality workers for the church which enhanced the
performance of the church by 30%.
 Connecting, Servicing and maintenance of the PA systems which ensured .
 Writing of monthly reports: income and expenditure and the general church report. This
improved clarity of church communication, documentation and transparency on the use of
funds.
 Preparing all meetings and providing quality minutes afterwards. This enabled all the
members to receive timely updates as well as to check progress based on previous meetings.
 booking all appointments to see the Snr Rev or any other leader.
 Booking of accommodation for all guests.
 Designing flyers and posters for all church events. This enhanced the image and visibility of
the church and also boost all church activities attendance by 40%.
 Purchasing, servicing and maintenance of church equipment (instruments, computers,
furniture, projectors etc).
 Planning Bible School time table, setting exams and marking them as well as lecturing. This
foresaw about 70 students graduating in Bible School within 2 years which increased the
pool from which leaders can be selected since more people had been trained and equipped.
 Receiving offerings and tithes and receipting them. This improved transparency and integrity
of the organization as a result the number of tithers increased by 30%.
 Keeping all transactions receipts.
 Managing the church’s Facebook account, Disciplesoft and WhatsApp Account. This
significantly improved the image of the church in and out of Bindura.
 Creating budgets for church activities.
 Managing the church calendar which guaranteed timely updates and creation of flyers and
posters. this made the church reduce bottleneck activities running concurrently. Timely
communication with Harvest House International Headquarters in Bulawayo.
 Keeping up to date databases for the visitors and church members. This enabled efficient and
smooth running of the church especially in cases of death. Above all the leaders were able to
track if the church was numerically growing or not.
 Managing and developing the church’s assets portfolio. This made it easier to insure all the
assets as well as knowing the condition of the assets.
