5V/12V Single Synchronous Buck Controller GS7260

Features General Description


 VCC Supply Input from 4.5V to 13.2V The GS7260 is a single buck controller working in a
 Power Converter Input Rang: 3V~20V voltage mode with programmable operating
 Support ±1% Internal Voltage Accuracy, frequency which is setting through a resistance to
0.6V Reference Voltage ground. GS7260 provides flexible frequency setting
 0-90% Duty Cycle operation and gate drivers. It allows wide input
 Soft-Start Circuit Built-In voltage which is either a single voltage or two supply
 Voltage Mode Control Loop voltages for various applications, and the output
 Chip Enable through OSC pin voltage can be precisely regulated to as low as
 Latched Over Voltage Protection 0.6V.
 Internally Fixed OCP threshold The GS7260 provides a programmable dual level
 Precise Lossless Inductor DCR Current Sense over current protection with differential phase
with Four Re-entry Times Before Latch current sensing, it also provides UVP, OVP, OTP
 Thermal Fault Protection UVLO for VCC and VCCP. Otherwise, it includes
 Integrated Bootstrap Diode internal soft-start, power OK indication and built-in
 Programmable Operating Frequency from bootstrap diode to simplify the circuit design.
100kHz to 1000kHz The GS7260 is available in a simple TQFN16-3x3
 Synchronization Function Package.
