New Found Burger is located at E. Sabellano Street, Antuwanga, Cebu City, it is


a small to medium enterprise which serves finger foods like a wide variety of
burgers, buns, and fries. It was formed by a group of friends who once were
enrolled in college who enjoyed and suffered both its perks. As their blog said, it
all started from their routine which is from “tagay-nights” to their favorite burger
shop yet they noticed it’s costly specially as a college student who didn’t have a
proper wage and just dependent on their allowances, with that being
experienced they had an idea to recreate that burger and with continuous try
they ended with a far better homemade burgers, all enough for a small business
that could generate a steady flow cash yet since they have school
responsibilities the operation was stopped but not until 2018 where they all
graduated and ready for fresh opportunities. Now they are famous for their best
home made flame grilled patties, and quality burgers which has been a craze
specially between students since their pop-up store is surrounded and near by
schools establishment .

Starting with strengths; they offer a wide variety of burgers and fries, prices are
flexible from affordable to costly premium burgers which can buyers adjust to
according to their budget, they offer several promotional gimmicks and appealing
activities that are Incorporated with costumers that hyped up them up and lastly,
aesthetically pleasing interior that is loved specially by the millennials.
Weaknesses of the restaurants includes; the restaurant is not along the highway
so it’s not easily seen with those who explore for food establishments, the area
of the restaurants are also not big enough to cater all the costumers which is
hold to the waiting area and lastly, they closes at 10pm which is weakness for
those who’s up for late night cravings. When it comes to oppurtunities; the
restaurant is near the schools like University of San Jose-Recoletos and Don
Bosco Technical College, Several hotel establishments are also nearby which
tourist can dine. they are now also in Delivery Applications which is an
accessible prevailing trend in the society that both benefits the costumers, riders
and the restaurant, Lastly the Threats; neighboring competition of the existing
pop-up foods along the community which offers almost the same menu, the pork
ban issued in the Philippines may affect the restaurant, Economic Factors which
restaurant industry relies on disposable income that citizens have and when the
economy tanks, restaurants deteriorates because of it’s an excess expenses for
some. Health tanks for some people who considers restaurants with healthier
content than what New found Burger is offering.

Knowing the analysis of the four elements; strength, weakness, opportunity, and
threats. I have realize lapses that could improve their profit such as to extend
their restaurant to be able to cater all enough costumers to avoid holding in the
waiting area for tendency of this is that they might transfer to other restaurants
which is even risky since there are neighboring restaurants that offers almost the
same menus this extension also comes with a facility which could help some
people in relate to job opportunities and enough stocks. Since the restaurant is
not along the highway it should have tarpaulin or signs that could lead way for

customers convenience. It also should have an healthy alternatives for those


who opt for an healthy snacks. As experienced the shop is also eco-friendly
since they used a small basket that is washable and even metal utensils. Their
take out orders used paper bags instead of plastic.
