SCOPE OF WORK

• Reviews and approves inspections, test plans and quality control plans from
client/consultant. (ITP)
• Implements quality control procedures and plans for providing more efficient construction
work.
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control for
siteconstruction.
• Plans and coordinates QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in
accordance to contract requirements.
• Supervise the activities of the quality service providers and inspectors to ensure diligent
performance.

• Reviews and approves the sub-contractors' quality documentation and implements audits as
well.
• Can plan and Execute Rigid pavement Bridge Structure concrete, box culvert, pipe culvert,
retaining wall and Underground utilities, manhole and Chamber construction works. Approval
of different grades of concrete trial mixes packages. Review and approval of mix design
compliance with project requirement, Inspection of trial mix and cube sampling, witnessing of
compressive strength tests for 7, 14 and 28 days and review of concrete constituent’s test
reports for conformity with project specified requirements.
• Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring
proper implementation.
• Performing field Inspection to verify the work performed by construction conforming to project
specification, standards, drawing and as per contract before final acceptance.
