INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATE
1. Answer ALL questions in Section A and ONLY ONE in B and C
2. Write all your answers in the answer booklet provided.
3. If you make a mistake please put a single diagonal line through the
section you wish to be ignored by the examiner.
4. Return all examination papers and scripts upon completion of the
examination including any workings.

1. Identify any five (5) key principles embedded in a company’s code of


conduct.

2. Identify five (5) factors that business people should take into account to
determine the morality of a gift.

3. Identify any five (5) rights of consumers and explain why it is important
for business to observe them.
[10]

4. Explain how the business can ensure that its responsibility to its
consumers is fulfilled.
[10]

5. Explain the concept of social responsibility, and use relevant examples in


Lesotho to show how companies can engage in social responsibility.

6. Explain the benefits that the company can reap by being loyal to their
creditors.
