• Course is 2 weeks in length:


– Beginning Tuesday, November 2, and Ending Friday, November 12,
2010

• Course runs 1 shift with 3 students or less per shift (3


per system)
• Class schedule 8:00am till 5:00pm daily
• Lab session every day

• Network connections in the classroom are raw internet.
– Philips students will need to use iRAS to connect to the Philips
Global Network (PGN)
• Network connections in the lab area are both PGN and RSN.
– Non-Philips students are not permitted to connect to network
connections in lab area.
– Laptops are NOT to be connected to the network in the lab unless
instructed by the lab module or instructor.

• The Cleveland Facility is a Philips Premier Site. Customers, colleges,
and schools are often given tours through the facility including Service
Training areas – Dress & act accordingly
