    Dear Memet Ciftci,

    Your Request for an Architectural Modification on your property at 5825 Crest Oak Way has been
    approved by the Architectural Review Committee of Glen Ivey Homeowners Association (“the ARC”).
    Specifically, you have approval to proceed with the following request as submitted: Fence - I want to
    fence the land that belongs to me in the backyard of my house. I wanted to do it after I bought my
    house, but my budget was not enough yet. That's why I received Survey service from Boundary Zone
    Inc on 02/21/2023 and determined my boundaries. I will have a 6 feet high classic wood fence built. It
    will be the same thing that many of my neighbors have done on the site. The color is classic treated
    wood color. No painting will be done. Work will be done only for the backyard borders and will not
    exceed the rear walls of the house. It will start from the back walls of the house and limit the
    backyard..

    Please note that the Architectural Review Committee reserves the right to make a final inspection to
    ensure that your project is compliant with all CC&R's and the Architectural Design Standards applicable
    to your neighborhood.

    This approval is granted on the aesthetics of your project. The Architectural Review Committee does not
    take responsibility for, or infer by its approval, the project's structural soundness or that it meets any
    restricting state or local codes. Where applicable, all local building codes and setback requirements must
    be followed. If a building permit is required, applications must be submitted to your local planning and
    inspections department.
