Patient is suffering from Paranoid Schizophrenia last 3 years with a complaint of delusion of auditory hallucination, insomnia, and
thought block and currently he is on medicaton . But now he is better with medicines.

In the male ward so many patients are there. They have there own bed but not adequate space. But the patient adjust to it. But the
environment is calm and quite.
Reason for selecting the patient:
Patient has doubtfull and he also co-operative too & I am interested to study the suspicious behaviour of the patient.
