    Will my loan be sold? It is not unusual for new loans to be sold to different investors. When an investor purchases
    the rights to a loan, the servicing of that loan will transfer to a different servicer. When your loan is sold, DHI
    Mortgage and the new servicer of your loan will both notify you in writing as to when the transfer of servicing of your
    loan will take place. Please watch for this transfer notice and follow the instructions on it regarding where to make

    Until you receive such a notice, you should make your regularly scheduled payments to DHI Mortgage online at
    https://mortgagepayments.dhimortgage.com, call us for a complimentary payment over the phone or mail a
