Description:
The power supply APS series power the ionising equipment manufactured by Elettromeccanica
Bonato.
These power supplies are electronic piloted to protecting them from overcharging and short
circuits.

Safety:
We recommend that you thoroughly read this manual, as it provides important health and safety
information.
- The equipment installation must be performed by specialised personnel only
- Always comply with the safety indications and warnings regarding the equipment
mentioned in this manual. This manual contains the main instructions and indications
that must be followed for safe use;
- Disconnect the voltage supply before performing any operation on the equipment
- Before connecting the equipment to the power supply, visually check the integrity of
the box and of the power cables;
- Only use the equipment with a power supply whose characteristics are compliant
with the nameplate data;
- Never tamper with the components, to avoid the risk of electrocution
- Never use the equipment in environments exposed to the risk of fire or explosion
- Make sure the equipment is grounded, to ensure proper operation
- Never alter the equipment or tamper with it; failure to comply with this provision
would result in the forfeiture of the warranty and of the CE approval
Installation:
- Installation must be performed by specialised personnel
- Disconnect the voltage supply before performing the installation
- Install the power supply as close as possible to the ionising equipment, through the
fastening holes
- Connect the 230V supply through the supplied plug
- Appropriately connect the grounding system, to ensure proper operation
- For the connection of the high voltage cables please refer to the annexed instructions;
the cables should be as short as possible, and there should be no spare cables, as they
reduce the equipment performance.

Led indicator:
Maintenance:
- Before performing any maintenance operations disconnect the power supply
- Periodically check the conditions of the connection cables and of the grounding
Failures:
- Before performing any maintenance operations disconnect the power supply
- If the switch voltage indicator doesn't light up, check the power line
- If the led isn’t turn-on check the line.
- If the led is flashing red there is an overload, turn off the power supply and try to
disconnect the devices connected to it, turn on again if the light remain green the
power supply works well and the problem is in the devices connected if the light
remain red flashing slow the problem is in the power supply

Disposal and applicability of Directive 2012/19 / EC (WEEE): The appliance covered by this
Technical File falls within the scope of the WEEE Directive, therefore it is necessary to apply
the WEEE marking shown on the side of the appliance.
