Annexure-2: Scope of Work
• VTSPL Scope
i. Supply of Material as per the BOQ.

ii. Installation of supplied material.
iii. Commissioning & Testing activity at site.
iv. Transportation.
• Customer Scope
i. Site Clearance for installation & permission for work at site.
ii. All civil, Painting, POP, Carpentry etc. work.

iii. All digging and backfilling activity in all cases.
iv. Supply of earth cable if required.
v. Installation of cable tray for cabling if required.
vi. Arrangement of ladders, forklift, cranes, scissors, Boom Lifts etc. for
installation purpose.
vii. Providing power supply points for the drill machine & other equipment
in a desired location.
viii. Holes & cutouts for cabling in the false ceiling will be in your scope.
Annexure- 3: Terms and conditions
i. Material Payment: 100% against material delivery.
ii. Service Payment: 100% after work completion.
iii. Material Warranty: 12 months from the date of material supply for any
manufacturing defects only as per applicable quote. Please note that the material
warranty will NOT start after project completion. Any Additional warranty will be
charged at additional cost. Original packaging / boxes has to be retained for better
and faster warranty claims.
iv. Service support warranty: 12 months from the date of project commissioning /
handover as per applicable quote. This will not include any type of product
warranty.
v. GST – As per applicable. (Not applicable if SEZ area).
vi. Taxes - On delivery if central & state government imposes any new or modified
levy or tax or duty, the same shall be to your Account.
vii. Delivery time –4-6 Weeks from the date of PO.
viii. Delivery procedure – Material will be delivered to the customer location.
ix. Validity of the offer: 15 days from the date of the offer.
