II. Machine summarization


The machines are adopted the Japan and Germany precision pneumatic parts
and famous hardening axis and bearing. The life of machine is extended greatly.

machine is adopted the IC board for controlling system,so the syst-em is stead

seriers machines can print small-size workpiece.

IV. Transport and Storage


1. Transport :Please keep the machine standing and avoid watering 、shaking、
and extruding during the transport course.
2. Storage: If the machine be stopped a few days ,the ink salver ,the ink blade
and ink craper Be cleaned and removed into cabinet of the machine or other
place; and the machine should Be kept in the 25℃ ± 2 ℃ temperature
warehouse or workshop .
Attentions:
A .No corrosive near the machine.
B. The cross ventilated room.
C. Avoiding the sunlight .
D. Avoiding the heating source.

Ⅴ. Pad Printer Installation,Calibration and Operation


(1)Balancing the printer platform
Please adjust the balance of the absorbing rubber at the base of the
machine before normal operation of the machine, which enable the machine
can touch the earth solid and finally lock them.

(2)Power supply and Jointing


EASY Pad Printers are sold to every corner of the world. In order to
meet the needs of different countries, our company have supplied two
standard voltage for the customer's option (100V-120V or 220V-240V).In
general, the machine is well jointed as per the customers' requirement. If
any special requirement occasionally, please refer to the electric circuit of
transformer( Image 16,J 14).a and b are the joint point for power supply
(220V or 110V);c is the earth wire; both b and c are connected to 110V,
but both a and c are connected to 220V. For some special demand (change
220V to 110V), firstly please disconnect a and c, and then weld upb and c
instead.

(3)Testing the air pressure table


Usually, the imput air pressure is adjusted to 5Bar while the operation
process for the machine. If the air pressure is at the high side, please adjust

Ⅴ. Pad Printer Installation,Calibration and Operation


(1)Balancing the printer platform

(3)Testing the air pressure table


Usually, the imput air pressure is adjusted to 5Bar while the operation
process for the machine. If the air pressure is at the high side, please adjust
it with clockwise to the desired index and push back the pressure adjusting
handle to save the index.If the air pressure is at the low side, please adjust it
with anticlockwise.

(4)Plastic filter cup drainage


In order to maintain the normal operation, both liquid and solid waste
inside the filter cup should be discharged after each work. Push the pin
valve( See the image 2, 8 )at the bottom of the filter cup several times, the
waste water will be discharged.

(5)Testing the printer parts


It will affect directly both the effect of the printing and the longevity of
the machine whether all parts of the machine can work normally. Therefore,

it is very important to test all the operation condition before normal


working.
(A) Please plug in and turn on the power switch later, firstly check whether
the cycle counter is show 0000 or 00000.If you find some other digital show,
which indicates that the machine can not start .Please check the electric
c i r c u i t .
The digital showing on the cycle counter indicates that something wrong with
all the four sensor of the pad printing machine. Default such as the sensor
damage or the slipping block is in a unnormal position. Meanwhile please do
the test for sensor: Firstly, cut off the air pressure, push the mask to the center
of the sensor both 2 and 3 ( see Image 14) and then turn on the power switch.
At the same time the cycle counter will show 0020 or 00020.
Meanwhile you push gradually the slipping block so that the mask block
out 1 , 3 , 4 sensor respectively. If the cycle number will show 0000 or
00000,which indicates that all the four sensor are in a good condition and you
can do some tests for another parts.
(B)Press the printing unit forward/backward moving button(see Image8,
⑦ ),check the moving is smooth without any alien sound.
(C) Press the pad up moving button (Image 8,⑧ ),check if the moving is
normal, if the lifting position required adjustment, any alien sound.
(D)Press the auxiliary button (Image8, ⑤ ),check the shuttle device or the

Injection Method
1. Secure the screw close to the steel ball,then release a little space for oil out.
2. Inject Lubrication oil (Mobil 10W-40) through intake of spiral wrap.
3. Input the spring ,oil path barrier(with the nick on the top )and piston.
4. Insert the whole shaft assemble into the spiral wrap slowly .wait for the lubricating
oil be released out before lock up the screw.
5. Push the shaft down to the bottom,discharge the excessive oil .(only a little amount

of oil is retained for operation) lock up the oil blocking screw.


Caution:
The lubrication oil cannot be mixed with air , inject oil slowly and keep clean.

(8)Adjust Worktable
Light worktable (Image 7)
Please fix the working-pieces on the suitable position of the worktable( see
the image 7, 1 ), after testing working-pieces and then we need to remove the
position of them, please refer to the belowed three ways for dealing with them.
1. When removing the working-pieces to do the forward and backward
movement, firstly please loose with Y-axis the moving board screw 7 ,
secondly rotate the screw 4 .If adjust it with the clockwise ,the working-
pieces will move forward;Conversely, the working-pieces will move
backward.Once you confirm the position of working-pieces, please lock
the screw 7
2. When removing the working-pieces to do the leftward and rightward
movement, firstly please loose with X-axis the moving board screw 3 ,
secondly rotate the screw 2 .If adjust it with the clockwise ,the working-
pieces will move rightward;Conversely, the working-pieces will move
leftward.Once you confirm the position of working-pieces, please lock the
screw 3 .
3. When removing the working-pieces to do the angle movement,first of
all,please loose the screw 5 and 6 , and then as per the actual working
requirement, adjust the angle of worktable. Once you confirm the position
of the working-pieces, please lock the screw 5 and 6 at the same time.

8).Shuttle worktable(Image 18)


Please fix the working-pieces on the suitable position of the worktable( see the
image 18, 2 ), after testing working-pieces and then we need to remove the position of
them, please refer to the belowed three ways for dealing with them.
1. When removing the working-pieces to do the forward and backward movement,
firstly please loose with Y-axis the moving board screw 4 , secondly rotate the
screw 6 .If adjust it with the clockwise ,the working-pieces will move forward;
Conversely, the working-pieces will move backward.Once you confirm the
position of working-pieces, please lock the screw.

3. When removing the working-pieces to do the angle movement,first of all,please
loose the screw 3 and 8 , and then as per the actual working requirement, adjust the
angle of worktable. Once you confirm the position of the working-pieces, please
lock the screw 3 and 8 at the same time.

9).Conveyor worktable(Image 19)


T his series of Pad printer attached convoyor of 8 stations ,16 stations,18
stations ,22 stations .each station attached with 2 fixing nuts of M5 for screw
-ing up the working piece fixture.The workpiece or the work piece fixture can

(3) Dr. Blade Abrasion Procedure:


1.Put the blade on the abrasion board.
2.Inject 3-5 drops of abrasion Liquid.
3.Put on the cup-shaped magnetic cup.
4. Adjust the pressure.
5. Insert 4 fingers into the magnetic cup,
revolve the cup at anti-clockwise direction
and move along the edge of the abrasion board
for 10-60 seconds simultaneously.

A. Abrade the Dr.Blade for 10-60 seconds B. Dilute the ink

G. Choose a 10mm thick steel plate H. Make screen of the printing pattern
I. Clean the Dr.Blade J. Blade too wide,sharpen the blade

Remarks:

1. Maintain the width of the blade to 0.15 to 0.7mm.


2. Adjust the pressure, the standard height of blade and magnetic dome should
be 2.5mm(+/-1.5mm/1round) (The width for every turn of the handle is
12mm,equal to the height of 0.1mm,it is advised to adjust 2-4 units at a time,
i.e. 0.2mm to 0.4mm each time.)
3. Keep clean when installing the steel plate.
4. The abrasion life of the blade subjects to the different depression of ink
color, age of steel plate and the pressure, every abrasion can afford 3000 to
10000 scrappings.
5. Maintain the ink cup revolution not less than 500 times for a round.
6. When working, release the ink cup exhaustion screw.
7. Prevent the blade from collision during operation.

VII Operation Instruction


1) The printer should be balanced before be regular used.
2) You should be check imput power whether or not accord with requirer of the
Machine.
3) Imput the working air, adjust ing the pressure to 5 - 6 Bar.
4) Install Ink tray , Steel borad , Aluminum borad , Locking up screw , printing
Head respectively.
5 ) Put on the nip of the blade . Particularly requier see about Dr blade
substance.
6) Get Pad Printer Depth Adjusting screw to the top. Readjust ing on the basis
Of the test printing result.
7) Adjust upward and downward depth swtich, According to requier of the prin
Ting. Particularly requier see about upward and downward depth substance.
8) Adjust the worktable first step,on the basis of requier of the printing .
Prepare For the clamp.
9 ) Turn on the power switch ,check the cycle counter(see Image 8)if it shows
0000 or 00000, if any numger is shown ,it means the machine cannot be
Operated at the moment .Check the circuit setion.
10) The cycle counter can be checked without any problem,it means the machine
Is normal start. Others tests can be followed.
A) Press the printing forward and backward moving button(Image8,7) ,check
The moving is smooth without any alien sound.
B) Press the printing upward and downward moving button(Image 8,8), check
The moving is smooth without any alien sound.
C) Press the auxiliary button(Image 8,5),check the shuttle or conveyor move
Ment relative to the place of sliding and Padlifting.without any alien sound.
11) Readjust the system of the heater( four colour ,six colour ,eight colour conv

13). Programming Instruction


(1) Instruction Notice
To ensure an accurate program is recorded, all program work should be
done only after 00000 is shown on the cycle counter.
(2) Selected a Default Program
Switch off the printer, refer to (Image 8), then switch on the printing by
pressing (7) button simultaneously until 00000 is shown on the cycle
counter. The alarm will stop and the cycle counter will keep flashing
showing the existing program code, such as:

Change for another program, press (2) to go forward or press (3) to go


back . After the desired, Program is shown, press (6) to confirm, cycle
counter will show:

(5) User Defined Programming


Switch off the power, refer to (Image 8), then switch on the printing by
pressing(8) button simultaneously until 00000is shown on the cycle counter. The
alarm will stop and the cycle counter will keep flashing showing the existing
program code, such as:

Cycle Counter flashes, start to program according to the Pad Printer Model.
During programming, the cycle counter will flash for the analog action.

X. Warranty and Maintenance


1. Monthly greasing of the grease hole(Image 2,5), lubricate the leading shaft.
2. Place the printer horizontally, avoid any vibration during operation.
3. Compress air should be distilled and free from any moisture, prevent air
cylinder from any moisture.
4. Cut off the power, air switch , lift up the printing head, clean all the ink trays
,ink brush and Dr. blade after work. Cover the steel plate after greasing with the
lubricating oil.
5. Always push the drainage pin valve (Image 2, 8 ) for discharge.

XI. Common Operation Fault and Prevention


1. Stable electric voltage, too low voltage will cause a sudden operation halt,
too high voltage will cause circuit board failure.
2. Stable air pressure, too low will retard the printing work and cause operation
halt, too high will creat crash and vibration.
3. Take special care on adjusting the ink brush stroke depth (Image 2,1), prevent
from damaging the sensors.
4. Take special care on adjusting the scrapping depth(Image 2,3) to a clear scrap
result, too high pressure will cause abrasion to the steel plate or Dr.blade
broken.
5. Switch on the printer, check the cycle counter(Image 8,4).If any number is
shown, it means the printer can not be operated at the moment. Check the
circuit connection. The number tells that there is error among the 4 printing
sensors, it may be caused by the damage of sensors or the sliding guide is not
staying at the sleeping position. Conduct the sensor damage test, cut off the
air pressure first, put the masks at the center of sensors at (2) and (3) (Image
14), then turn sliding guide gradually so that the mask block out(1),(3),(4)
sensors respectively, the relative number will flash, if it does not flash, it
means that sensor is damaged, lastly slide back to (2) sensor position. The
cycle counter will show 0000 or 00000,it means the 4 sensors are under
normal operation.
