The conditions of your visa: Stay subject to grant of entry permission. You must leave before visa
expiry or face deportation. Holder may work for any employer accredited under the Accredited
Employer Work Visa scheme anywhere in New Zealand, except in a role covered by a capped sector
agreement. Holder must be paid at least median wage (or the relevant wage threshold if a sector
agreement applies). Financial support evidence not required. Return/onward ticket not required.

You must not remain in New Zealand after your visa expires
You must hold a valid visa at all times while you are in New Zealand. If you do not hold a valid visa,
you will be in New Zealand unlawfully and you may be liable for deportation.
If you become liable for deportation, you will need to leave New Zealand. If you do not leave, you
may be served with a deportation order and will be given a prohibition period. This means you will
have to stay outside of New Zealand for a specified amount of time before you are allowed to
return.

any order made under section 11 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020; and
any order made under section 70 of the Health Act 1956 and listed in schedule 2 of the COVID-
19 Public Health Response Act 2020; and
any instruction from a Medical Officer of Health which relates to a notifiable or quarantinable
disease.

Carriers can verify this visa through the New Zealand Advance Passenger Processing (APP) system
or the TIETAC NZ system.
FURTHER MEDICAL TESTS NEXT TIME
For the next visa application the following condition(s) will require additional information: a
repeat HbA1c, medication list, smoking status and blood pressure.
INZ will request the required test/report once next visa application is accepted. If you would
like to submit the test/report together with the next visa application, please contact the

Please note that if the original medical tests are over three years old when a new application is
submitted, they will no longer be valid and full medical and/or Chest x-rays will be required
