commence from the date of issuance of endorsement.

"As per Section 146 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 it is mandatory to have your vehicle insured against third party risk.
As per Section 196 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 driving an uninsured vehicle is punishable with fine or Rs. 2000 and/or imprisonment up to 3 months for the first
offence and fine of Rs. 4000 and/or imprisonment up to 3 months for the second offence."

Chapter XI of M.V. Act, 1988.
Note: In the event of dishonor of cheque, this policy document automatically stands cancelled from inception irrespective of whether a separate communication is
sent or not. No Claim Bonus will be allowed, provided the policy is renewed within 90 days of the expiry of the previous policy.
