Strengths and skills

Assertiveness, emotional intelligence, proactiveness, fast learner, team worker.

How do you keep yourself organized at work when handling multiple tasks/projects? Do you use
any softwares or tools? Be as detailed as possible.

The main tool I use is Google Calendar to have an overview of the important Team meetings for
the day. I combine this with my personal agenda and Google Keep to have a detailed "to do list"
with deadlines for each day.

Why are you leaving your current job and looking to find a new job?

I am not unhappy in my current job but my job position will be transitioned to work from office,
this is something what would impact my personal life and monthly budget in a negative way so I
am seeking for having a new job opportunity 100% from home.

How do you handle stressful situations? Please give an example of how you dealt with stress in
the past.

My strategy to handle stress is identifying the root cause and creating a plan to mitigate it. For
example, when I started as a supervisor, I used to feel nervous when attending performance
meetings. What I did to avoid feeling scared and underprepared was creating preparations
meetings, first with my internal team to understand the background of the numbers and then with
my Manager to do mock calls and practice extemporaneous answers to unexpected questions.

How do you respond when given feedback at work? In answering the question, also give an
example of one time you were given feedback at a past job and how you responded to it.

My response is always striving for excellence, feedback is important because show us a different
perspective of our actions if it is coming from knowledgeable people and it is given in a
constructive way, it will help us to boost our skills. The situation that comes to my mind, is related
to and observation received from my Manager about the way of presenting my weekly
performance report. Thanks to his feedback I was able to present the information in a better
organized way and with a high level of detail.

How do you feel about working in a fast-paced work environment?

Working in the BPO industry taught me that things can change from one moment to another and
that the most important thing is to adapt and prioritize our workload to meet deadlines. I feel
confortable as I know that the key is clear communication to understand what are the
expectations about the outcomes and deadlines, and organize the available resources to meet
those.

Tell us about a time where you had a problem with someone at work and how you handled it
and potentially solved it.

When I was in the Quality Analyst role, I had to constantly deliver feedback to Agents to guarantee
they were following the right processes. One day, someone was not in agreement with the score I
provided, so this person started to complain in the general group chat. What I did was to set a 1:1
meeting with this Agent to listen what were the arguments for the disagreement and then I
exposed my evidence based on the existing protocol to finally arrive to a decision. In addition to
this, I created a standard procedure for rebuttal to guarantee all Agents know what options they
had for similar situations and what the expected steps for this process were.
