Madam:
This is to respectfully submit the project proposal of the Supreme Student Government for the
month of December. This is in line with one of DepEd Core Values: Makatao in which Del
Rosario Integrated School students and personnel could share the happiness brought by the
holiday season and the blessings they received to families who have a hard time making their
Christmas special. Through this program, the school will be able to spread the true essence of
Christmas to everyone.

I. Project Proposal
Project Title: Supreme Student Government: Give the Gift of Sharing Program
Project Duration: December 15, 2022 : 3-4:00 PM
Project Organizers: SSG Officers and Adviser
II. Rationale
Christmas is coming. Giving gifts, going on vacations, and having family gatherings are on
each people’s bucket list for this month. However, not all of us were given a chance to
experience this with ease. Thus, the Supreme Student Government would like to make it
possible. Together with the students of Del Rosario Integrated School and its teaching and
nonteaching personnel, even in our simplest way of sharing our blessings, we can make the
Christmas of other people special and memorable.
III. Objective
To spread the true essence of Christmas by giving simple gifts to the unfortunate with the
help of students and personnel of Del Rosario Integrated School
IV. Project Details for the Event
A. PROJECT DETAILS
a. Beneficiaries
i. Intended beneficiaries are the unfortunate children on the streets. (approximately 15-
20 kids)
b. Gifts
i. Given the beneficiaries, the things to give are as follows:
1. School Supplies
2. Christmas Food Bundle (spaghetti bundle, etc)
3. Snacks
4. Simple letter
c. Project Flow and Procedures
i. Once the project is approved by our school head, the announcement will be made to
the students and teachers. Total of 2 days to gather donations and this is completely
VOLUNTARY.
ii. Students and teachers may give either money or gifts noted in letter B.
iii. Boxes will be provided on each floor of the JHS Building. The donations will be
collected by the end of the class. SSG Officers will be assigned to each box.
iv. After class on December 14, officers will be gathered to pack up the donations
collected and purchase the other things (if there are money donations).
v. After class on December 15, officers will be gathered to give donations to the
unfortunate street children. (Around Del Rosario, Sindalan, and SACOP)
vi. Officers will communicate with the Barangay Council for transportation.
vii. Documentations will be done and pictures will be posted on the SSG Official FB
page.
