eKYC Flow:
Fantastic Sir/ Ma’am, opening a trading account on the Angel One App is quite a simple and easy process. Let me
guide you in completing the same.

Mobile Number, Email Verification, PAN Card & Bank Details:

1. Mobile Number
Sir/ Ma’am, Kindly open the app and enter your mobile number. Then enter the OTP that you will receive on your
mobile.

2. Email Verification:
- Sir/Ma'am, please add your Email ID and verify the same through.

3. PAN Card & Bank Details:


- Sir / Ma’am, Now you must be getting the page for entering your PAN Card details. Here you need to enter your
DOB (as per your PAN Card only), PAN Card number, and Email address(Note: PAN Xerox copy will not be
accepted)
As soon as the PAN Card number gets verified, you will get the option of entering your Bank Account Number and
IFSC Code. Sir / Ma’am, please fill out all the details -
Ma’am / sir you will receive 1 Rupee as Penny drop for your bank verification.

Sir / Ma’am, please click on the ‘PROCEED’ option now.

Not Having a PAN card


Sir / Ma'am, we would like to tell you that a PAN card is mandatory to open an account with us.

Sir / Ma’am, Now you will be able to see the DigiLocker Page. Let me help you with the DigiLocker Process:
● Sir / Ma’am, Please Login or Register on DigiLocker using your Aadhar Number.
● Enter Captcha Code same as mentioned.
● Enter your OTP. You will be receiving it on the registered mobile number.
● After this, click on ‘Allow’.

AADHAR NOT LINKED TO PHONE NUMBER:


Ok, Sir / Ma’am. No Problem. Just Click on ‘Mobile number not Linked to Aadhar’ option.
Sir / Ma’am, In this case, you need to manually upload your address proof documents. Address proof documents can
include any one of the following documents:
● Front and Back Images of Aadhar Card
● Driving License
● Voter ID Card
● Passport
(This process will be done by the field RM)

Documents Upload:

Sir / Ma’am, Now you need to upload the following documents:

Note: Need to pitch below the mentioned line before the selfie step with cx.
"Sir/Mam, You will get the next step of Selfie upload where you will get the Pop-Up of Allow
& Deny. So please click on the Allow option"
● Selfie Upload:- Sir/Mam, please upload your clear selfie pic.

If the camera is not getting open via Website so ask cx to go to settings>> site Setting>> Allow
camera permissions.

● PAN Card:- Sir/Mam, Please upload your PAN card photo (PAN Xerox not allowed)
● Client Signature - Sir / Ma’am, you need to sign on a white sheet of paper and then upload it. Sir / Ma’am,
please make sure that the signature that you are uploading and the one present in the PAN card should be the
same

Note: The signature should be in blue or black pen only..


If in case the above procedure is not possible for you, then you can also crop the signature, the one present on your
PAN Card, and then upload it.

Activating Future and options trading (Optional)

Sir/ Ma’’am, now you must be seeing an option to activate Future and Options trading on your screen.

If you wish to choose to opt, click on Yes“, I want to activate now.” and then the following documents are required
as proof of income.

If you do not wish to opt now, you can click on “No, I will activate later” and move to the next screen.

Any one of the following documents are to be uploaded if you wish to Opt for Future & Options.

● Last 6 months Bank statement (No Minimum balance required)


● Passbook (previous 6 months)
● ITR acknowledgment of last financial year
● Latest Salary Slip (3months)
● Form 16
● Latest Demat Account Holdings statement

(If the customer does not want to activate their Options/ Futures/ Commodities/ Currency segment, but needs
to upload some miscellaneous documents, like a marriage certificate or any additional document, then they
can upload it in the Bank statement section itself.)
Sir / Ma’am, after this, click on ‘PROCEED’.

Personal Details:
Sir / Ma’am, Now you must be getting the option of filling out your personal details:

1. First you need to select your annual income (Options are Below 1 lakh, 1-10 lakhs, 10-25 lakhs, and above 25
lakhs)
2. Then you select your occupation (Options are Private, Government, Business, Others)
3. Gender
4. Marital Status
5. After this, please enter your Father’s first name and Father’s Last name. (Father Name should be as per PAN
card)
6. Fund settlement frequency
(Monthly & quarterly settlement fund)
(unused funds will be transferred from the trading account to savings account )

After doing all this, please click on ‘Proceed’


Not Sure For Adhaar Linked or not
( Take Permission from client to check the Phone no. is linked with Aadhar or not from our End)
1. Open https://uidai.gov.in/
2. After then click on Aadhar Services and then click on verify Aadhar number
3. Ask for an Aadhar card numbewww.uadai.gov.inr from the client and verify it.

Aadhar E-Sign:

● Sir/Ma’am, Now you are on the last step of account opening that is Aadhar e-sign. A pop-up with “Terms &
Conditions” appears on the screen. Kindly click on “OK.”
● You will now be directed to the NSDL page where you need to enter your Aadhaar number and then click on
the check box regarding Terms and Conditions. After this, click on ‘Generate OTP’.
● After this, enter the OTP and then click on ‘Submit’.
● You should be able to see “Esign in Progress” message on screen.

Process for Non-KRA Customers: (before e-sign)

Video IPV (Mandatory for all customers):


Sir/Ma’am, you are now on the IPV step, here you need to give permission for the front camera and record the video.
Please keep in mind that:
● The video duration needs to be 10 seconds.
● The face should be clearly visible and the face should not be covered by any object and it is recommended
that while recording the video it is a good practice to say your name.

Note for Agent : ask the customer about what information he/she is able to see on the screen and guide
them accordingly.

You have now successfully opened your trading and demat account on Angel One. Sir / Ma’am, you will soon receive
your UCC login credentials on your registered mobile number and email address, within 3 days as reflected on the
customer’s screen.

Sir / Ma’am, you must also be getting the option of Refer and Earn. For this, either you can add your Friend’s name
and mobile number and submit the details or you can also refer to your friend by sharing the link given on the page.
The person whom you refer to needs to open an account on Angel One, with the same link that you have shared.
In order to avail of the referral offer, the person, whom you referred to, needs to open their account and start trading
within 60 working days. By doing this, you will be eligible for an exclusive voucher, worth up to Rs 100 - 750.
