I am Allahyar Muradov and I worked with Aysel Gadirova over the period of her master's
studies (2019-2021) at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) Institute of
Economics. I was her lecturer and at the same time a scientific supervisor for her master's
thesis on "Evaluating the correlation between science globalization and its development”.
Without a doubt, I have complete confidence in her knowledge and skills,
professionalism, and creative mindset. She is one of the few honors students of our
institution.
During her studies at the Institute of Economics, she showed an excellent level of
communication and technical skills, as well as analytical thinking. I had a chance to
observe Aysel’s performance during our classes (e.g. Social sphere economics and
administration) and to assess her knowledge of economics. She is a brilliant student in
all respects. She was the most dedicated and responsible student who always brought a
lot to the table in terms of new ideas.
Apart from educational skills, I witnessed Aysel’s research and analytical skills during
the time she was working on her master's thesis. She illustrated an ability to work with
minimal supervision and guidance, unswerving commitment to the process, and a result-
oriented mindset which increases her chances of improving as a researcher. In her master
thesis on “Evaluating the correlation between science globalization and its development”,
she performed qualitative, analytical, and explanatory research on assessing the
correlation between the globalization of science and its development level with some
useful findings and suggestions. This work can possibly contribute to improving the
scientific results of Azerbaijan by endorsing the globalization of science and sharing
knowledge. Her work was marked A+ by the defense committee of the Presidium of
ANAS.

It is with great pleasure that I am recommending Aysel Gadirova - an honors
bachelor student of Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC) to you. I am the dean
of the SABAH faculty and I was her instructor during her 4 years at UNEC. She took the
following courses that I teach: Macroeconomics and Managerial economics. She
maintained excellent grades and graduated with a 96.2 GPA at the top of the class.
During our classes, I was able to notice her level of creativity, wit, and discipline. Aysel
always made sure that her work was done exceptionally well and on time. She
demonstrated that through hard work, commitment, and teamwork, she can complete all
her tasks in a fair and timely way.
While she was taking classes, she was also doing some research work and
improving her academic writing skills. Her bachelor thesis on “Sustainable development
of alternative energy in Azerbaijan” marked an A by the Defense Commission. She
participated and gave speeches at several conferences held at UNEC and other
universities. Her outstanding presentation skills brought her several awards, one of which
was from the Ministry of Education for giving an insightful speech at the conference on
"Sustainable Development: Problems and Perspectives - 2019". Aysel also took part in
many extracurricular activities such as training, career schools, and so on where she stood
out for her abilities and intelligence. She was awarded for her active participation in “III
SABAH Winter Career School” and for many other activities.
Aysel is well well-prepared student who can grow from the challenges that she
faces. I know from discussions with my colleagues - teachers that Aysel was a superior
student. I am sure that she will be a devoted student and a skilled professional. Therefore,

Dear Admission Committee,
I am Anar Jafarov, director of the Agrarian Innovation Center (AIC) under the
Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan. I am writing this reference at the request of Aysel
Gadirova who was my employee for 2 years at this organization.
I totally enjoyed my time supervising Aysel, a very organized and ambitious
worker. She joined us as a junior specialist in the project management department in May
2021 and was promoted to the leading specialist in April 2022 due to her creativity,
diligence, and problem-solving abilities. Her main responsibilities were project planning
and coordination, documenting project tasks, and maintaining positive partner
relationships which she handled very well.
When Aysel first started working at AIC, she asked a lot of questions and tried to
watch and learn from her colleagues. After a very short time span, she was able to adapt
acquired knowledge and skills into her daily tasks. She also quickly adapted company
software and project management tools that she needed. I have witnessed her persistence
and result-oriented approach to every task she has been given.
Aysel has numerous strengths that I would like to share with you. One of Aysel’s
noteworthy abilities is her language skills thanks to which she can effectively
communicate in 3 foreign languages. Her strong communication skills helped the
organization to start new collaborations and partnerships with local and foreign
companies. Time management and multitasking are also among Aysel’s strengths as she
demonstrated her ability to plan and execute several projects simultaneously. Aysel
worked with the team to realize the international agricultural exhibition "Caspian Agro
2022", agrarian business forums, start-up forums, hackathons, and many other big-scale
projects that had an immense effect on organizations. During the implementation of these
projects, she significantly helped her team by ensuring that everything was going as
planned, motivating her co-workers, and working on reducing the risk of any failures.
Moreover, Aysel is an extremely punctual and self-motivated individual and has
impressive technical skills. Apart from using project management tools successfully, she
mastered design, social media, SEO, and content management. Aysel always strives to
improve her knowledge and abilities, learn from mistakes, and add value to the
organizations that she works for.

I Fargana Musayeva am content to recommend Ms. Aysel Gadirova for master program
at your university. I am the dean of Economics and management faculty at Azerbaijan
Technical University (AzTU) where Aysel teaches most of her classes.
Aysel has been employed by Azerbaijan Technical University since September 2022. She
started as a freelance teacher at the Economics and statistics department and after one
semester she was hired as a teacher to this department. Currently, she teaches
Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Management, and other related subjects. She is an
ambitious and organized educator who is able to quickly establish good relationships
with her students. Her primary duties include planning and preparing lessons, marking
student work and tracking performance, establishing assessments, and managing
examinations and some administrative tasks.
Aysel is demonstrating exceptional skills in leading her classroom, teaching ideas to
students with different learning styles, and inspiring a sincere love of learning in them. I
witnessed her development in this job as she started implementing original teaching
methods that helped to improve students' overall academic performance. She is also very
creative and enthusiastic about her job. At department meetings, Aysel often suggests the

she already has a high level of written and verbal communication skills that help her to

For this reason, she applied to the Erasmus teaching mobility program that aims to

university for this year and she will be providing lectures at Powislanska University,
