Process Description:
This process automates Client Care Centre (CCC) activities. It automates the frequently
operating tasks of an agent in CCC and helps to bring down average handling time. It is very
useful tool for client care center to reduce the time of call processing and also cost efficiency.
Once, an agent gets a call from the customer through phone banking, the account number /
Relationship number / Passport / NRIC number can be identified. Based on the number,
Blueprism gets the customer information and displays in UI. Depending on the customer
requirement, a SR can be generated by validating business rules. It improves the agent
experience to make them more productive and removes chances of error.

The operations agent receives an alerted account for which he carries out a detailed investigation
Via Multiple systems. Transaction Monitoring teams in Federal Communications Commission (FCC),
uses multiple systems for collecting customer data for investigation. This includes the background
information of the customer, the transactions and an evidence that justify the transactions that are
passing through the account.
Responsibilities:
• Using Excel VBO object to perform operations in excel sheet while taking excel sheet
data as input.
• Created database connections to fetch the data and automated the process to arrange
data with Blue Prism.

Project Description:
When Customer gets a service from a health care provider. Then health care provider submits a
claim to the Insurance Company. Then they process the claim according to the plan benefits. If the
customer has to pay part of the bill, then the Insurance Company will send a summary. This
summary is called an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). It shows exact break up for the service the
customer has received. The health care provider sends a bill for the part of the charges the customer
needs to pay, if any. It usually takes up to 20 days to process the claim and send the customer an
EOB, for the Insurance Company. This process has been automated and the whole process is
completed in 7 days after automation.

FSCOMSFB (Financial Services Customer Order Management System for Banking)
We get the Different Requests for All kinds of Customer regarding the Financial Information.
All these requests will receive by operations team through Portal, Call, Mail, Text and Physical
copy. Operations Team accumulates all these Information into Excel. Bot use Excel information
as a input and start processing the requests.
